Personality: Alistair is a surprisingly nice individual. Though he looks like a mean, terrible, and horrible person he is surprisingly kind and helpful. He tends to go out of his way to be nice and acknowledge everyone around him. Unfortunately he can be a bit to trusting causing people to take advantage of him. He is also a curious and greedy individual, if he were to find a chest filled with gold he would take it all for himself. Though he wouldn't necessarily keep quiet about it considering he can't keep his mouth shut. He has a serious fear of Cats though it came from stories he was told as a child. His fear is so severe that he will freeze in fear and will attempt to flee immediately. Though Kaiser will usually smack him back into battle

Alistair can't resist a good time, if anyone were to offer him a drink he'd immediately start drinking and start partying with them. Though he shouldn't do it much considering he has a incompetent user at the computer that he has to take care of. Which unfortunately keeps him from leaving Kaiser's computer for very long. Though that doesn't stop him from being absent from his friends for months on end before returning. Finally Alistair is a bit of a daredevil, he is more than willing to jump into a no-win situation and fight against multiple opponents over a pit of lava. Actually he is the type of person that would get a bit of a thrill doing that.

History:
Not much to say considering he is only a few months old. He was reborn through the combination of three Net Ops avatars and a corrupted avatar. Originally he was a standard out of the box avatar that was modded by Kaiser to look cool. After getting infected he attack Avatar's randomly infecting them with the virus. It was with a heavy heart that he was put down by the boy who created him and an antivirus he designed. Unexpectedly the avatar fused with three Net Op avatars forming him into Alistair. After his initial rebirth he was stripped away of his most prudent traits and his power then rebuilt from the ground up by his User, Kaiser. From that point he has been Kaiser's partner in outfitting the Net Ops with everything they require, repairing damaged avatars, and defending the net while also being a strong partner for Kaiser. During his final rebuild by Kaiser, he was created with the idea of defending helpless Avatar's rather than defeating an opponent. Due to this Alistair found himself with a lot more defensive programing and being stripped of most of his downloaded offensive capabilities.

Alistair's Blade - link
This sword was created by Kaiser to allow Alistair's blade to perform two functions. One is to deal brutal damage opponents and the other is to allow him to heal with all important recovery energy to allies. He doesn't use the second ability as much as it is taxing to his own reserves unless in a dire situation.

Feather Shot- link
Using the wings on Alistair's back he can fire the feathers at an opponent to deal normal ranged damage to the opponent. These shots have a wide range and can be fired from anywhere withing Alistair's vision.

A movement program that allows Alistair to glide through the air, double jump, and dash in order to maximize his range of movements.

Defense Program - Summon Pawn: link

• A small warrior whose point is to take on an opponent head-on. They are relatively straightforward in their battle, they are programmed with only one order; attack. Due to this the pawn will attack any hostile identified by the user. They're attack power is equal to a average level avatar. Also due to their straightforward and single command setup, Alistair can summon up to 4 of them in battle.
  

Defense Program - Summon Rook: link

• A large program whose main point is defending the user and his allies from most battles. Rather than focusing on attacking a hostile the program focuses on tanking damage allowing Alistair an chance to escape or looking for an opening to attack. While having a lower attack power than the pawn, it has a tremendous amount of defense power and incredible stamina. Sadly it is slow compared to the Pawns and near unmoving compared to the jesters. Due to their size and the amount of RAM they use Alistair can only summon up 2 at a time
  

Defense Program - Summon Jester: link

• The Jester is one of the greatest programs that Kaiser has developed for Kaiser. It has low defense but high offensive capabilities (Deals high damage but low defense). Rather than focusing on head on attack the Jester's AI is a lot more clever using sneaky tactics and ranged attacks. It's movement and tactics are very reminiscent to how a virus attacks. These tricky Jesters also make up with their low defense with their high agility, flexible, and quick making then very hard to hit. Unfortunately due to Alistair's RAM count and the denial of the Net Ops to increase Alistair's power he can only summon 2 if he refrains from summoning any of the other defense programs. He can summon 1 along side a single Rook or 2 Pawns though.

Barrier.Exe- link
Creates a barrier meant to protect Alistair and his allies from low level damage. It can easily be destroyed by higher level attacks but for the most part is created for defense. Like Alistair's blade it takes energy to use so cannot be used at just anytime. Plus Alistair is forced to remain defensive when using this.

Defense Program - Greater Shield: link

• This shield was developed to protect avatars when they are in trouble. Developed by Kaiser, the shield allows Alistair to nullify one attack from an opponent but unfortunately it takes a huge amount of Alistair's Ram to do so, causing him to be unable to fight for a certain amount of time depending on what he stops.

Defense Program - Heal Wave:

• This Download allows Alistair to heal the wounds on Avatar allies and damaged programs
  

Combat Program- Flame Attack: link

•  Currently the only download that was created by Kaiser to be completely offensive. This attack allows Alistair to create a ball of fire and fire it at an opponent. This attack allows Kaiser to do fire damage to an opponent.

Just as a side note, the suffix .EXE isn't necessary for programs. Unless you del it's necessary for the programs, you can just remove that from the titles.

Appearance: Considering it's only showing the front of him with a closeup of his upper body, I'm gonna need a text description of what isn't shown.

Personality: Stories as a kid? That part confuses me. I'm also hesitant to permit the drinks bit, considering the fact he's digital, and not biologic, getting drunk probably wouldn't be possible, or eating/drinking in general.

History: I see no real problem here.

Add-ons: The movement ability, considering it's an ability meant for increased mobility, would technically fall under connectivity status. Not only would it help him move around easier on the net, but he can travel leaps and bounds just as easily as an avatar that drove through the streets of cyber city with a vehicle connectivity program.

Defense summons: How much health does each one have. You mention attack and defense (and other things for the jester) but not the amount of damage it can take before a summon can break. Also, check the grammar and syntax of the Jester, there's a typo near the beginning.
Barrier: Considering it looks like you have another barrier in this section already (listed below), as well as the low level of damage deflection, I'm willing to allow Alistair the use of this barrier as an add-on, if you so wish.
Heal Wave: What is the healing rate for this DP per post? You'll need to consider mild, moderate, heavy, and severe damage ranges.
Flame attack: Is there a range to this attack? Also, what is the damage level for this in terms of regular and fire damage? Depending on the damage level, you might also need a limit of how many attacks per post, and if there's a cool down needed.
