Personality: When one first meets Kaiser, seems arrogant, overbearing, selfish, and prone to make fun of his own comrades. He strives to be the strongest and looked down on those he considered weak, heavily reprimanding their weakness and even resolving to hurt them whenever they stepped in his path. Due to his outlook on his weak comrades he tends to care very reluctant in helping them he usually suggests that they had to give him something in order to acquire his help (When off duty). When on duty, he considers the equipment he enjoys as payment and will do what is needed without question. Namely something they have that interest him or if they are men he asks for their manhood as 'they no longer need it'. The only things he appeared to truly care about were the strength and reputation of his group/team/crew, and he became enraged every time someone made fun of it. When enrage his actions become brutal, and his sense of humor becomes far more twisted than before.
Though around people he deem his equal or stronger than him, He comes off far more light-hearted. He lets off a few jokes and even shows a slight lecherous side to him (though to be honest he has no idea what he is doing). He can be a pretty uptight person and he is a bit OCD when it comes to the appearance things around him. He is very perceptive when it comes to things being out of place. He hates dirty and unkempt things which makes it hard for him to get along with others especially if they have a naturally unappealing appearance. He has habit of pointing out even the smallest flaw in one's appearance. Though once you get past that, he is kind and considerate person who is always willing to give his opinion on a subject.
On that note Kaiser unlike his father, he doesn't understand women or how exactly to speak or act around him. The only advice he ever received about them came from his father, he is meant to have a double standard when it comes to women. Rather then pointing at every little flaw as obviously and harshly as possible, he attempts to be subtle with it but he will fix something if it bothers him enough. Which usually either comes off as him being a pervert, no matter how pure his intention originally was. Sadly he is also horribly dense when it comes to women and their own feelings, causing him to do whatever he pleases; With whomever he pleases.
Kaiser has quite a few hobbies, he likes to play the violin, read novels, and drink wine/coffee/tea in the dawn or dusk. He also has quite a few unexpected and could be considered womanly hobbies such as cooking, housekeeping, sewing, and even knitting. Yet he still has otherwise manly interests, though they mostly relate with guns and swords fortunately. Fun fact: he is also a habitual smoker.

History: Ain't much to say honestly, born and raised from a middle class family in Queens, New York. Kaiser always found himself hungry. Though it wasn't food he was hungry for rather, it was knowledge. So it wasn't surprising that at the tender age of 7 and a half (cause 'a half' is important to young children) he was allured to the net. In fact he begged his parents to give him a stock avatar so he could browse the net. For the next few years the boy never left his computer, learning as much as he could about the world and piqued his interest into hacking and programing. From that point Kaiser spent years fiddling around with his avatar and modding out his look, specs, and everything he possibly could until he was satisfied with him.
Unfortunately everything wasn't perfect, it wasn't long before Kaiser's personal avatar was infected with a virus. This virus caused his avatar to go insane and attack other people's avatars haphazardly. Even with Kaiser's programming and hacker skills he couldn't hold back his avatar. Even without Kaiser's input the avatar would go insane. It didn't help that the more avatar's Kaiser's avatar attacked the more the virus spread. It wasn't long until the Net Police were forced to battle off the virus, in fact some Net Police Avatars were being taken control by the virus as well. Angry at himself for letting his avatar get infected Kaiser contacted the Net Police before being contacted by the Net Ops and worked with them to creating a anti-virus program to defeat Kaiser's Avatar.
This program, was placed inside of a new avatar. A Net Op standard issue Avatar that was assigned to Kaiser in order to defeat his original avatar. Kaiser spent 3 days tracking down his original avatar. Once he found his original avatar, he and two other standard issue Net Op avatar attacked the custom Avatar. It was a long and hard fought battle between Kaiser and his former avatar. Though after a long fight he was able to defeat his old avatar and attempted to use the anti-virus to destroy the virus. Unfortunately something unexpected happened. Kaiser's avatar and the Net Ops exploded in a pillar of light and it seemed that they all converged into one being. Kaiser had no idea what it was but the moment the figure formed, he immediately decided to look through the new avatar's data.
Through thorough investigation he found that his old avatar's data had been significantly modified. Wanting to keep his avatar and look more into it he attempted to escape with the avatar, Only to be stopped by the Net Ops. They wanted to take the new Avatar away from Kaiser but due to his contribution in taking down his own avatar they allowed him to keep the avatar under two conditions. He joined the Net Ops and created cybernetic weaponry. They even went as far as gifting him with equipment including a developer kit for Avatar weaponry which allowed Kaiser to create a higher grade of weaponry than when he was just a simple hacker. The second conditioning was to remove everything but the essentials from his new avatar which only seemed to be the Avatar's memory, the anti-virus, and the battle system. Due to this Kaiser had to rebuild his avatar from the ground up... with a new name. Alistair.

Wrist hacker- A device that allows Kaiser to hack into objects using only the device on his wrist
Modding Laptop- Kaiser's most important tool, after the fiasco that hacked his avatar its modded out to the brink with the highest level of security plus it has been custom made by Kaiser so that nothing other than specific things that Kaiser allows can pass the wall. Kaiser's computer was tricked out by the Net Ops to be powerful enough to do basically be a mobile pit crew for Net Ops and Avatars alike. Meaning it has WiFi and is set up with a special lock that only Kaiser and Special Net Ops can open. The laptop is even constantly monitored by the Net Ops to avoid it getting stolen and to avoid anyone (including Kaiser) from misusing it. With this, Kaiser can repair Avatars, create powerful weapons to equip to his or other avatars at any time (note he cannot make new weaponry from scratch or download it to an avatar instantly the avatar must be unmoving in battle to download it)... as long as the Avatar has enough space to take it, can download it successfully, and a enough RAM to use it. Of course due to obvious constraints he is unable to create net busting, area destroying weaponry he mostly he can just create slightly higher than average grade weapons.
