Personality:
In her normal attire, Gambler is energetic, but quiet. Usually Fujiko would be doing most of the talking, but the two of them both share the avid love of the game that gave them their title and job. Gambler herself is programmed specifically for point calculation and statistics, allowing her to calculate optimal game hands and point objectives in quick time, though ultimately it's Fujiko's decision that goes through. In games, Gambler is ruthless and cutthroat, as her speed in calculations equates to almost instant plays and little time for the opponent to react.
In her business attire, Gambler takes an appearance and stance that's not too different from Fujiko herself. A proud representative of the Ikoi Company, Gambler doesn't turn to the past or regrets, fully eager for the future and the opportunity it brings. She's a loud speaker, but remains polite and a fully fair sport in all games and business.
History:
Gambler started as a Mahjong AI Opponent (MAO) for Fujiko when she was still part of her middle school's Mahjong club. With MAO, Fujiko came to understand and master the more complex stategies and statistics of the game and became a literal gambling machine. Later on during the collapse of the Ikoi Conglomerate and the introduction of later terminals, Fujiko would upgrade MAO to Gamer, giving her programs for Hanafuda, Mahjong, Pachinko, various other gambling games, as well as a calculator designed specifically for economics and business. This came in handy when Fujiko's father would become the head of the Ikoi Gaming Corporation, and Fujiko would then upgrade Gamer to Gambler, and then start using her as a professional business avatar, as well as a personal games avatar.
Add-Ons:
Change -Cosmetic program. Changes between her normal attire and business attire, as well as a quick personality change.
Hanafuda - A deck of hanafuda cards. Used both for playing games and as projectiles to be thrown. Standard hanafuda deck contains 48 cards.
MahJong - Mahjong tiles that are placed face down on the floor. Upon being flipped up, they act as a shield before being pushed forwards. They essentially match the standard Rockcube, maybe a bit taller. They're half submerged before they're flipped, so one can see the face-down side protrude from the ground slightly.
Downloaded Programs:
KOIKOI - Throws a sudden burst of hanafuda cards in all directions. The number depends on how many times Hanafuda was used before KOIKOI (1 usage = 3, 2 usages = 6, 3 usages = 9). Maxes out at 12 cards. Can only be used if Hanafuda has been previously used. Two post cooldown
RIICHI - Summons her blade, which resembles a Riichi stick used in traditional mahjong games. Two post cooldown.
TSUMO - Upgrades Mahjong, allowing two pre-placed Mahjong tiles to be detonated per post, causing an explosion in its relative area around it. Only usable if downloaded with/after RIICHI. Three post cooldown.
KOU - Only usable after Koikoi. Fires a pillar of light to deal large damage in an area. If Koikoi has been used more than once, Kou will summon an additional pillar for each time Koikoi has been used. (up to 5 pillars) Cooldown of 3 posts. Only usable if downloaded with/after KOIKOI. Each pillar is 10 feet in diameter. The pillars don't follow a specific shape or pattern every time, but they'll always be 18 feet away from each other's center (8 foot/3 meter distance between the two once you factor in the diameter).
JET - A private jet purchased out of Fujiko's own wallet. Expensive and comes with a personalized game station inside.
