Personality:
There is one word that could describe Lore and that is "crazy" or "insane" as some might say. Why is this? It is because he has several different personalities that are stuck inside his head and will not stop arguing over what he is to do or trying to gain control of him. Personalities such as that of Hawk Moth, King Sombra, Jack Spicer, Chase Young and a plethora of others have been programmed into him, including that of Anti Spiral and Warren Zimmer. The personalities don't often get along and fight for control over his body.
In addition he can often be seen "Talking" to himself bu in reality he's arguing with the personalities or trying to fight his way back into control when one of them manages to take over his body. To make a long story short Lore is a completely and absolutely insane avatar with random morals and personalities. To say he is unpredictable is the understatement of the century actually.
History:
Lore was originally an avatar that was created as a joke by a group of programmers who wanted to see if they could cram the personalities of multiple fictional characters into a single avatar. This sorta worked in that it gave him a kind of multiple personality disorder, but that was not all. Due to the instability of his ode they discovered he possessed an ability to generate viral energy whcih was very dangerous. Fearing their own creation the programmers who made him were concerned because they had based him off of quite a lot of villains from various shows and fandoms as a test run of sorts. In short they believed they had created what amounted to a monster.
Several squads of regular NPD Avatars were sent to delete Lore when it was discovered what he could do. Lore on the other hand had other plans. Battling the avatars the NPD had sent he brutally slaughtered them by forging a blade out of pure viral code. Unfortunately forging the blade and using it has left him in hibernation until now. But now that he's loose he plans on manipulating a human to help him become invincible.
Add-Ons:
V-Saber: Forged out of Viral Code from a Dark Net, the V-Saber is a sword of evil and maliciousness that avatars who have never touched Viral Code before cannot wield. This sword is his signature weapon.
- Eye Lasers: Low intensity beams of energy that can be shot out of his eyes. These are as powerful as the standard NPD blaster but are mixed with a bit of viral code. This requires a 5 round charge up.
- Charged Fists: His fists are charged with Viral Energy. This allows them to catch most weapons and block them with his bare hands. This allows his punches to do low damage. This can deflect 3 attacks every 2 rounds. Eight blasts of viral energy can be shot every post. These do pitiful damage.
Downloaded Programs:
V-Limbs: V-Limbs is a technique by which Lore can pump the Viral Code that his body naturally produces due to the imbalance of personalities inside of him into his limbs. This allows his kicks and punches to do high damage, but also has a side-effect. This has the potential to infect an opponent and lock one of their abilities. (RP Consent) V-Limbs is also unique in that it requires a 4 round cool down. His punches normally do low damage but when activated this ups them up to high damage. This also has a 2 round charge up.
V-Bombs: V- Bombs are what appear to be glass orbs on the exterior. Most would wish they were simply glass orbs because of what is inside of them. The V-Bombs are made out of a kind of code that is volatile and that when lobbed at an opponent they can explode. The V Bombs release a blast of viral code that could make unprotected avatars at least mildly disoriented. 3 round cool down.
V-Driver: Channeling the Viral Energy he generates into his right hand Lore will yell "V-Driver" and rush towards an opponent. Should he get close enough he will perform a punch that can knock them into the air about 70 feet. Other than that, this move has no special properties but is a preparation for his next move. 4 turn cool down.
V-Construct - Barrage Bow: This move is only usable once he has set his opponent up for it with the V-Driver. This also has a 3 round cool down upon it. Creating a bow of viral code he will shoot about 20 'arrows' which will move at half the speed of a bullet. The 'arrows' explode with viral code. This can paralyze a limb temporarily but does no more damage than that.
Data Download: One of the unfortunate side-effects of the multiple personalities inside of him is the ability to "download" data from others of their moves. There are unfortunately a limited number of slots that can be used and this can also apply to weapons. However this requires (OOC consent) that he immobilize the individual first before he can borrow the power that they possess and make it his own. It should be noted that any moves he mimics will be infused with Viral Code. Furthermore certain specialized weapons could not be copied and special techniques only a certain avatar could use cannot be copied either. Due to this it can only be used when combat is finished.
There are ten slots for abilities that could be copied and 4 slots for weaponry. Typically these are temporary unless he spends two rounds charging up the ability and gets (OOC consent) to keep the power he copied. The abilities copied must be listed in the first post of the thread, and also the avatar they were copied from. This also applies to any weapons that are replicated using the Data Download.
