Personality: On her own, Seras' personality is very played down, acting very shy towards others, but can be energetic when she wants to be. In the presence of viruses that wish hurt other innocent avatars, she experiences a personality shift in the extreme as she violently starts attacking the perpetrator. She knows this happens any time it happens, and secretly relishes the thrill of a fight when it does. She distinguishes this personality shift as a form of mode, regarding them as Civilian Mode and Combat Mode respectively. Along with her eyes changing red, and a sadistic twist surfacing in her "Combat Mode", she finds her battle ability increases in said mode rather then out of it.
History: Seras doesn't really remember how she came to be like some viruses. All she knows is that her data was once floating packets of code in the Underground Network that one day smashed into each other. How she came to look like a anime character from a long time ago, she doesn't really understand, nor does she even care. She knows she exists now, and that's all she ever needs to know.
Once she came to be, she decided to leave the Underground Network, and try her best to fit in with society, figuring her unassuming appearance would help her fit in better. The Underground Network was hardly a place she desired to be in for any length of time. Once she found her way into the N. American Cyber City, she managed to find a calling busting hostile viruses, at least in dealing with the weak ones anyway.
Her first encounter with a hostile virus lead her to discover her unique personality shift, finding herself completely aware of her movement in battle while she struck the virus down, and devoured its code greedily. She knew this might cause trouble for her in the long run if she wanted to keep staying without drawing unnecessary attention from the network police, and has done her best to keep her second personality under wraps until she needed to let it out.
Add-Ons: Personality Shift: Civilian/Combat Mode: Seras shifts her personality from sweet and shy to sadistic and cunning, increasing her combat ability, and destructive capability. In Combat Mode, she accesses the full range of her Add-Ons and Downloadable Programs.
Teeth Change: This Add-On activates alongside Personality Shift, switching her teeth to unassuming dentures, to full serrated teeth meant for ripping an avatar or viruses code apart. Seras can turn this off at will however when she enters combat if she wants, which is rarely ever.
Strength Boost: Another Add-On that activates when Seras' Personality Shift activates. Her normal speed and reflexes are dulled while boosting her strength and endurance parameters. Unlike her teeth, she can't turn this off at will. Instead, she shifts between this Add-On, and her Speed Boost Add-On.
Speed Boost: Depending on how her Personality Shift activates to Combat Mode, Seras will either start with Speed Boost or Strength Boost activated. Speed Boost drains her strength and endurance parameters to boost her speed and reflexes exponentially higher than normal. With this ability active, she becomes very hard to catch, and even harder to keep up with. The speed at which she can shift between active Add-Ons is one turn upon channeling, leaving her wide open to be hit if she stays still.
Hellsing Anti-Midians 13.7mm: One of the only Add-Ons Seras was born with as an ability, her rifle allows her to put a bullet hole into any opponent she wishes. In close combat, she tends to use her rifle as a solid melee weapon until she can get enough distance to shoot from. With no sights on the weapon itself, she has to rely on one of her Downloadable Programs in order to shoot accurately from more then fifty yards away from a target.
Downloaded Programs: Enhanced Sight: One of few Downloadable Progams Seras has in her arsenal that allows her to her to be accurate with her weaponry, and see farther than normally able. This program can only stay active for three turns, and must cooldown for four turns. While active, she is deadly accurate with her guns.
Hellsing ARMS Anti-Tank Cannon 'Harkonnen': This little beauty when used fires 30mm cannon shots that explode on contact with anything. The destruction left in the wake of the shot is enough for Seras to only use it as one of few last resorts. Taking a turn to load in, the Harkonnen must be used during her next attack as it cannot be used again for another four turns afterwards. She also must have Strength Boost active in order to withstand the recoil of the shot.
