Appearance: War is an amazonian woman, standing seven feet tall and possessing well a defined musculature that compliments her more feminine traits. War's eyes are an icy blue color and glow when her temper flares or when she activates her abilities. Her hair is snow white, which compliments her pale skin, she wears her hair in a pony tail that reaches her shoulder blades. Her most distinguishing feature is a tattoo that she has on her forehead, it is a semicircle with a cross in the center of it, the points of the cross extend past the boundaries of the circle, with the bottom point ending dead-center in between War's eyes.
War's clothing is rather plain compared to Totenkopf's more theatrical cloak, she wears a simple red tunic with golden trim and black pants. the tunic comes down to her knees and includes a cloak and hood with a similar coloration.

Personality: War, as her name would imply is one of the more aggressive members of the horsemen, but she is far from the most bloodthirsty. War is incredibly devoted to her family's creed to protect the weak, and as such will not hesitate to publicly delete an avatar for so much as beating another avatar up. This sense of duty has put her in conflict with law enforcement, as her sentence for most infractions is death. She will show mercy if an opponent seems genuinely apologetic, and she always gives them a chance to atone, provided the infraction itself is minor.
War's relationship with her family is complicated, she genuinely cares about their safety and wants to assist them, but finds their personalities grating, and as such does not spend time with them if she can avoid it. Totenkopf's more calculating and measured process is seen as too slow, and she has never agreed with his more forgiving view on criminals. Wrath's love for mechanized equipment strikes War as a perversion of their gifts, and she finds his brutality disconcerting. Strife's constant snark and crude attitude grates on War's nerves, and finds him to be even more brutal than Wrath.
History: War was born along with her other siblings from the remains of over 4000 deleted avatars, and like her siblings she quickly set about routing various warlords and despots littered across the wastes of the antarctic network. This normalcy lasted for almost three years, until the group ran afoul of Abraxas. The four tried to destroy him, to keep him from corrupting the net, but his generals and armies proved to much.
Totenkopf, then going by his true name, Death, was infected, and told the rest to "Scatter on the four winds", meaning to travel to the four points on a compass rose, and then wander the net, and to wait for a sign and reunite. The three protested, tried to help their brother, but he was adamant, "If one horseman falls, the balance may still be preserved, if all of us fall, all is lost." With a heavy heart, War took to the east, hiding in the mountains of Cyber Asia.
She has not been seen since, but tales speak of a warrior astride a crimson horse, smiting the wicked and assisting those who need aid. These reports have come from all over the globe, so if it is War, she is on the move.
Add-Ons: Combat - Armor: War's armor is imbued with great mystical power, this power is fueled by the "souls" ((I.E. the code)) of the avatars who were killed on the day that she was born, this armor is incredibly durable and never corrodes. This armor grant's War a 50% reduction in damage, and is immune to acid damage. This does not mean that acid does no harm to War, it means that acid does not lessen her armor's protective qualities.
Combat - Data Blade: War's blade is incredibly powerful, weighing over 100 pounds and reaching 6 feet in length, the blade's razor sharp blade can easily cleave a normal sized avatar in half. It also possesses the ability to absorb magical or energy based attacks and fired them back at the user, War can also substitute her own life force as "ammo", but as one would expect, this method injures her with each shot. War's blade deals a large amount of damage per hit, and is able to absorb energy based or magical attacks and fire them back at the user, the damage dealt by the returned shot is the same as the original attack. War is also capable of using her own health to fire an attack, but the amount of damage that she uses in each shot is reflected on her. ((for example, if she fires a shot that deals a large amount of damage, than she will take a large amount of damage as well.))
Connectivity - Summon Ruin: Ruin is the Red horse spoken of in the book of revelations, and is War's steed in battle. Ruin is a massive horse, appearing in a blast of fire and brimstone whenever War snaps her fingers. Ruin increases War's connectivity by 150% and has exceptional handling, due to being a war horse.
Downloaded Programs: War has sealed her powers to remain under the radar, as such, she has no DP's...yet.
