Name: Caesar (Pronounced in the classical Latin manner: Kaizar)
Avatar Style: Combat
Gender: Male
Appearance: Caesar is an imposing figure, standing at six and a half feet tall and possessing a lean but muscular build, his silhouette alone is feared in the area's under siege by Abraxas' forces. His hair is a chocolate brown color that compliments his tanned skin, and his bright blue eyes seem to pierce everything that they look at. He is almost never seen without his armor on.
Caesar wears a polished platinum helmet with scarlet highlights, this helmet covers most of his face, with a scaled grille covering his mouth and nose, the only thing visible of Caesar's head are his eyes.
His armor is made up of several sections, with each section being made out of thick crimson colored metal, but it is far lighter and more durable. The torso of the armor is a breastplate, along with a pair of Spaulders to protect Caesar's shoulders, the Armor is ornately engraved with raised scroll-work that runs along the segmented plates, this scroll-work is done in finely polished platinum, which stands out vibrantly against the bright red armor plates.
Caesar's biceps are bare of any armor beyond two metal bands that hold a unique symbol, the right bears an Omega Symbol superimposed on a coat of arms consisting of two crossed swords behind a tower shield. The left is newer, less worn, and possesses the mark of Abraxas' army, a bio-hazard symbol superimposed over a globe. Caesar's forearms are protected with the same metal armor as his torso, this armor also has it's own unique scroll-work.
Finally, Caesar's lower body and legs are protected by metal plating, with segmented plating on the joints to allow for freedom of movement, the scroll-work on the legs and boots match the scroll-work on the greaves that protect his arms, simply extended to account for the longer length of the armor.

Personality: Caesar is rather level headed compared to some of the other viral generals, he has no desire to destroy, and he is not blindly possessive or admiring of Abraxas or his mission, he simply serves because it is his way. Caesar is possibly the most honorable of the generals, he will not fight an opponent one on one unless they are equal in power to him or even stronger. This puts him at odds with the other generals who believe in "Total War" with no room for honor or chivalry. He is also the most critical of Abraxas, openly challenging his plans of attack and offering his own suggestions, Abraxas often takes what he has to say rather seriously, due to the fact that he commands his own legion of soldiers.
History: Caesar's exact origin's are unknown, what is known is that he was born with an insatiable desire to conquer everything in his path and establish a world under one flag, his. At first he would simply butcher anything that resisted, haphazardly destroying everything around him and taking anyone who surrendered on as soldiers, but something changed when he attacked a small server with the name Nova Roma.
Nova Roma was an anonymous server dedicated to storing and cataloging data relating to the Old Roman empire, it was run by fanatics, zealots who believed that the Roman Empire's longevity was proof of it's superiority to modern governments. When Caesar attacked it, they happily surrendered, believing that he would be the one to spread their "Gospel" to the rest of the world. They showed Caesar their files and told him what his name, one that he chose because it "Sounded powerful", signified, the power behind it. They then began to show him military doctrine, documents regarding captured lands, everything that Rome in it's prime did to make themselves such an unstoppable force.
Caesar took these lessons to heart, reinventing the whole way that he fought, he now used tactics, recruited willing soldiers instead of slaves, and allowed the servers he conquered to survive if they pledged fealty to him. He had managed to create a small empire, and named himself legatus Augusti pro praetore (Envoy of the emperor, he did not feel that he had the right to call himself emperor until he had conquered the whole cyber world.) This rank signified that he controlled multiple legions of soldiers, and for a time, it seemed that his dream of total power was on track...until Abraxas arrived.
Caesar has never spoken of the details regarding his defeat by Abraxas, but it is assumed that he had lost more than three legions to Abraxas before surrendering and swearing fealty to him, naming him his Emperor. Abraxas, impressed by the large army that Caesar had, as well as his more tactical mind, allowed him to keep both his troops and his rank. Caesar has been a general ever since, serving his Emperor tirelessly and loyally, despite his crushing defeat.
Add-Ons: Data Blade: Caesar's main weapon is a Data blade shaped like a Roman Spatha, the blade is incredibly sharp, capable of cleaving through flesh and bone like paper, and it's tip is specially designed for stabbing attacks. It's three foot long blade allows it to be wielded one handed or two handed, though It's usually paired with a shield for added defense. Caesar's Data Blade deals a light amount of damage per strike if used one handed, two handed attacks deal a moderate amount of damage.
Shield: Caesar, being based off of a Roman Legate, is incredibly skilled in shield use, and as such uses a large metal shield to block attacks, or even as a weapon. The heavy metal plating is easily capable of concussing or knocking an opponent off of their feet, and the edge is sharp enough that it can slice flesh or dent armor plating. The shield can be wielded with any one handed weapon and deals a light amount of damage if used to attack, it also possesses a chance to knock and enemy off of their feet if the strike hits with enough force(This is up to the target)
Data Spear: Caesar also possesses a Data Spear for longer reaching attacks, like most of his weapons, it is capable of being used with only one hand, allowing him to dual wield it with his shield. The spear itself is based off of a Roman Hasta, which is designed for thrusting instead of throwing, the leaf shaped blade allows it to ignore armor. Caesar's data spear deals moderate damage per strike and ignores half of an avatar's total armor, two handed attacks do not receive a damage bonus.

*Blade Effects Note* The Blade Effect DP's effects are able to stack, however, which effect is active can change each post, this is ultimately up to the one affected by the DP.
Blade Effect: Razor Edge: This DP gives the edge of Caesar's weapons a razor like edge that causes an avatar to "Bleed out" for 3 turns after the initial hit. This DP deals a light amount of damage for a duration of three turns and cannot be used while any other blade effects are activated.
Blade Effect: Venom Cut: This DP imbues Ceasar's bladed weapons with a toxic venom that causes paralysis, when an enemy is struck, their movement speed is halved on the first strike, and if struck again, they are unable to move. The venom lasts for 5 turns, and cannot be used with any other Blade effects.
Blade Effect: Locking Blade: This DP causes a scrambler code to be applied to Caesar's blades, when a hit is landed, one random DP is locked down for a period of 4 turns, this effect can be repeated a total of three times, locking down a total of 3 programs. Once this limit is reached this DP immediately shuts down until all locked DP's are usable again, Caesar also cannot pick and choose the DP's that are locked down, that is decided by the target. This DP cannot be used with other Blade Effects.
Mirror Shield: This DP allows Caesar to "catch" a ranged attack with his shield and redirect it back at them. Caesar can also hold the attack within his shield, this causes the power of the attack to increase exponential rate, he can charge an attack for a maximum of 5 turns, any higher and his shield will be destroyed. Once an attack is redirected, Caesar must wait for 3 turns before he can use this DP again, and he cannot redirect an attack if an attack is being held within his shield.
Spike Shield: This DP adds ragged spikes to Caesar's shield, this increases the amount of damage that he deals with his shield, and also gives it a bleeding effect that lasts for three turns. This DP increases attack damage from Caesar's shield from light to moderate, and deals 4 turns of light bleed damage. The bleeding effect does not stack.
