Personality: Justicar could easily be described as an enigma, he has an undeniably strong moral compass, and yet he willingly works for a rogue how wishes to control humanity. Quite possibly the biggest part of Justicar's personality stems from his strong sense of right and wrong, while he's not naive enough to believe that there isn't a grey area in life, he still makes it his mission in life to protect the weak and punish the wicked.
Another prominent part of Justicar's personality is his devotion to Noxus. While Justicar is devoted, he isn't blind to what Noxus does. He knows that Noxus' attempts to 'evolve' Avatars has resulted in numerous deaths, but he believes that the ultimate goal of a perfect world is worth the cost.
Justicar also possesses a strong sense of chivalry, he will not attack an opponent who is unarmed or unable to defend themselves. The only exception to this rule is Halberd, who Justicar sees as everything he despises wrapped up in one individual, were it not for the fact that he would be killed in the attempt, he would have deleted Halberd long ago.
History: Justicar started life as all naturally born avatars do, he was spawned from random bits of data found all throughout the net. For the first few years of his existence, Justicar wandered the net, acting as a sort of wandering protector. He would travel across the network deleting dangerous viruses and rogue avatars before moving on to the next place that needed help.
As he traveled he became stronger, his strength feeding off of the conflict that he sought. Justicar had wandered for over 5 years when he reached the gates of the underground network, before even an hour passed after his first step into the underground, he had ripped about 15 rogue avatars to pieces when they attempted to mug him. Justicar quickly became a fixture at the underground arena, slaughtering anyone who attempted to best him.
After about 2 years in the arena, Justicar had become weary of the killing, he needed a purpose. That was when he met Noxus, when Noxus first told him of his plan to unite Humanity and Avatars by taking control of Humanity and making Avatars into 'perfect beings', Justicar seriously considered gutting Noxus because of how vicious the plan sounded. But after Noxus explained his reasoning and that he wanted to achieve his plan with a minimum of bloodshed, Justicar was swayed, and he's been Noxus' second in command ever since.
This new position is what put him in conflict with the NPD after an attempt to enlist Baretta, Saber and Mani4c's help in "Saving" the human race went sour. During the melee, Justicar was severely injured by Mani4c's viral half. It was also during this battle that Justicar met Amplify, an avatar created by Project AUGMENT, whom he tried to train as a protégé. It was during this period that just Justicar learned about Souls, powerful pieces of code which carry both the powers and personality of their original owner. Justicar and Amp began to search for these souls, collecting four of them, Vapour, Specter, Lupo, and Kaizer. He also gained a fifth, artificial soul named Alpha.
Add-Ons: Combat - Data Blade: Justicar's data blade takes the appearance of a silver Zweihander, despite it's size, he can attack quite rapidly with it.
Combat - Swordmaster Armor: Justicar's armor provides a large amount of protection against both projectiles and melee attacks.(15% reduction in damage from projectiles, 25% reduction in damage from melee attacks.)
Soul Change: This ability allows Justicar to access any of the five souls that he carries. These souls all possess their own weapons and abilities, these weapons override any DPs or Add-ons that Justicar uses, he can also not use another soul's powers without changing into the soul that possesses that specific power. For example, he cannot use Vapour's hydrokinesis while using Specter's soul, and he cannot become invisible while using Vapour's form.
Downloaded Programs: Note: Justicar doesn't use Downloads in the traditional sense, he instead uses sword techniques. While this doesn't require the usual amount of processing power as a usual download, it still requires a large degree of concentration. They can also be learned by anyone provided they can use a sword and are skilled enough to master the technique.
Evasion Technique: Bullet Slicer: This technique heightens the user's reaction time, allowing them to deflect projectiles with their blade. This technique lasts for 5 turns and requires a 5 post cool-down after it runs out.
Basic Technique: Duplicate: This technique allows the user to create a duplicate of themselves, the duplicate can take a single hit before disappearing. This technique lasts for 3 turns requires a 5 post cool-down, if it's destroyed on the same turn that is was used, it only requires a 3 post cool-down.
Ultimate Technique: Kokūjin Ōgi: Akumetsu: This is Justicar's ultimate attack, there are two ways that this attack can be used. It can be used by dashing at an opponent and slashing as the user reaches them. Or the user can form a barrier, which when struck, causes the opponent to freeze in place. Either way, the end result is the same, Justicar slashes the target once causing a line of data to slash them at the same time. The target is then rapidly beset by a multitude of digital slashes, cutting them repeatedly before a burst of data sends them flying. This attack causes massive damage to a target, and is capable of instantly deleting a target if it's suffering from moderate damage already. This attack effects only one target, is a one off attack and requires 15 turns before it can be used again. The Barrier cannot block projectiles. The Dashing attack CAN be dodged, and the Barrier version's slash can be blocked with a firewall or sword if the avatar's fast enough. if the attack is blocked, it's damage taken is halved(Meaning an Avatar who's suffering from heavy damage will be deleted. But if they're suffering from moderate damage, they'll survive.)
Unknown Technique: Spirit of the wolf: This technique is still largely untested, due to Justicar not knowing how to activate it. All that is known is that it can sense deception, and is capable of imparting great power to it's wielder, and that it seems to be linked to the users emotions, specifically rage and grief. Lupo is currently teaching Justicar how to harness it's power properly.
Soul: Vapour: Vapour's soul is focused on powerful physical attacks paired with Hydrokinetic attacks that wear down an opponent's defenses. However, Vapour is lacking in terms of basic armor.
Vapour's Add-Ons: Combat - Cleaver: This is Vapour's main weapon, an extremely heavy blade capable of slicing through sheet metal up to an inch thick and causing heavy damage to any avatar struck by it, unfortunately this weapon's weight prevents it from being swung as fast as Justicar's normal blade. This sword can smash through any type of Barrier program, including Saber's Firewall dome and Viral Mani4c's crystal shield.
Vapour's DPs: Combat - Aqua Wyvern: This attack uses Vapour's hydrokinesis to create a Serpent like dragon out of water, this dragon can then be commanded to attack a target or block an attack. When ordered to attack, the dragon rushes towards the target at high speed before opening it's maw and colliding with them, the pressure of the water is enough to send an avatar flying, and causes a decent amount of damage(5-10% of the target's current health). When ordered to defend, the dragon will wrap around Vapour like a snake, taking any damage meant for him. This doesn't promise complete immunity from damage however, armor piercing ammunition or abilities with breach the armor and still deal damage. Using the dragon as a shield will destroy it, making it necessary to replace it. This DP can be used once every 2 turns.
Combat - Hydro Cutter: Vapour can create small streams of water(Or any liquid that is at least 75% water or higher) and fire them at pressure, the intense pressure turns the water into a spear or blade that deals a small amount of damage. The water is capable of piercing physical armor, but is useless against barriers.(The attack ignores any damage reduction given by combat armor, but firewall barriers or shields are unaffected.)
Soul: Specter: Specter's soul focuses on stealth combined with hit and run tactics, disappearing with his cloaking ability and striking an enemy from behind before retreating to a new location to start the whole process over again.
Specter's Add-Ons: Combat - Data Blade: Specter's Data Blade take's the shape of a Katana, it deals a small amount of damage per strike. It used to posses armor piercing qualities, but it seems that fusing with Justicar has disabled this ability. Despite this loss, it still possesses a swift preciseness that makes it useful for finding gaps in an opponent's defenses.
Combat - Helmet Cannon: The red eyepiece on Specter's helmet does more than just allow him to see cloaked targets. It also possesses a powerful energy projecter that can discharge a blast of potent infrared radiation at a target. This blast causes minor damage.
Connectivity - Magnetic limbs: Specter is capable of magnetizing portions of his body, allowing him to walk or run up walls, cling to ceilings, or just have a better grip on uneven terrain. This magnetism is so powerful that Concrete sidewalks with rebar in them are capable of being adhered to as effectively as a metal beam. When Combined with Specter's natural agility, he becomes capable of crossing a city block in under 30 seconds by leaping from building to building and running across their exterior.
Combat - Enhanced Vision: Specter's helmet is equipped with several scanning programs that can penetrate a large variety of cloaking programs. He can also see in low light conditions, making him even more effective at sneaking up on an opponent.
Specter's DP's: Combat- Cloaking Field: Specter's armor is equipped with a built in active camouflage unit, allowing Specter to turn invisible, advanced cooling units in his armor also shield him from infrared scanners. He can be detected with scanners set to a certain wavelength however, so the cloaking isn't foolproof.
Combat - Senbon Barrage: Specter is known for disappearing using his cloaking before leaping above a target and bombarding them with a massive hail of senbon, or acupuncture needles thrown in a dome like formation. These needles are normally more of a nuisance than a threat, but when thrown in such great numbers, they become almost impossible to dodge and can cause large amounts of damage. This DP needs 3 turns to cool down before it can be used again.
Soul: Lupo: Lupo is the most agile of Justicar's souls, using hit and run tactics similar to Specter's. The main difference between the two is that Lupo is more suited to a direct confrontaion than Specter, due to having more powerful weapons and armor.
Lupo's Add-Ons: Combat - Lunar Fang: Lupo's main weapon is a pair of razor sharp claws that protrude from the top of each arm. This blades can extend outwards 5 inches and deal small amounts of damage.
Connectivity - Lupine Agility: Lupo is also capable of clinging to walls, he cannot cling to Ceilings, or lock himself to a surface like Specter can. However, his foot speed is extremely fast, Lupo is capable of moving at 175% faster than a standard combat avatar, making him hard to hit with bullets, and his natural flexibility makes him a difficult target for close range fighters as well. This natural agility also allows him to leap at a target from a wall, and then leap away to a new perch before they can retaliate.
Lupo's DP'S: Combat - Amarok's Fang: This technique consists of Lupo focusing a large amount of energy into his claws, followed by a leap into the air. Lupo then aims at his target as he falls while spinning in the air, claws pointed at the target. If the attack hits, Lupo's claws shred into the target, causing agonizing pain and dealing a massive amount of damage. If the attack misses, he can attempt to strike the target once more, but the lower velocity cuts the damage dealt in half. This mover drains a decent amount of energy and requires a 5 post cooldown before it can be used again.
Soul: Kaizer: Kaizer is Justicar's DP specialist, Kaizer's method of attack is to wear down an opponent from a distance with his powers before finishing them off with his blade.
Kaizer's Add-Ons: Combat - Energy Blade: Kaizer's only physical weapon is his energy blade, which can deflect almost any projectile, the only exceptions are incredibly large objects (Such as heavy debris thrown by avatars with enhanced strength.) or explosive ammunition, which detonates on contact with the energized blade, causing damage to Kaizer. Kaizer's blade deals a small amount of damage per strike. His blade can also be thrown 15 feet and come back to him thanks to his telekinesis, this doesn't add any damage to his attacks.
Kaizer's DP's: Combat - Telekinesis: Kazier is capable of lifting several objects at once with his telekinesis, or one extremely large object. These objects can then be used to block incoming attacks, or be thrown at an opponent with extreme force. The uppermost limit that Kaizer can lift is three objects weighing 100 pounds each, or one object weighing up to 1000 pounds. Lighter objects deal moderate damage (That's if all three objects hit the target.), and heavy objects deal a large amount of damage. Kaizer cannot lift other avatars with this power.
Combat - Kinetic shockwave: Kaizer's telekinetic powers can also be used to directly attack an enemy by firing waves of pure kinetic force at his opponent. These shockwaves can range from small orbs of energy that deal only a small amount of damage to an enemy, to a cone of energy that spreads out 30 feet. This blast can send light vehicles and avatars flying for dozens of feet. Kaizer can also focus this force into a sphere around him. These large blasts of energy require time to prepare however, giving his enemies time to strike him. Small blasts can be fired at will and deal a small amount of damage. Large blasts require 2 turns to charge before being fired, if the attack is used before it's fully charged, damage dealt and attack range is cut in half.
Combat - TK Lightning: Kaizer can fire a wave of lightning from his fingers, this lightning has a range of 20 feet and a width of 15 feet, the lightning can arc from one avatar to another if the avatars are within five feet of one another. This lightning deals moderate damage and requires a one turn cooldown before it can be used again.
SOUL: Alpha: Alpha is a synthetic soul, designed to copy Saber's abilities, specifically his CAS loadouts. However, Justicar wasn't able to copy all of Saber's CAS forms, due to a lack of Data. This was circumvented by the installation of the "Mirror Eye" ability. Unfortunately, This program requires a massive amount of Data, limiting Alpha's DP's to only the Mirror eye program.
Alpha's Add-Ons: Combat - Data Blade: Alpha's Data Blade function's as Alpha's main Melee weapon, it functions in a similar manner to Kaizer's energy blade, retracting into the hilt of the blade when not in use. It can also block energy or physical projectiles.
Combat - Arm Cannon: Alpha is unique among Justicar's Souls in that he has a dedicated ranged weapon. Alpha's arm cannon fires bursts of energy at a rapid rate, and can be charged for greater damage. Alpha's Cannon deals a small amount of damage when firing standard shots, and the charged shots deal moderate damage. The charged shot can fire 2 blasts per post.
Alpha's DP's: Combat - Mirror Eye: Alpha is capable of copying Saber's CAS programs by using the gems on his chest, the data is then copied and sent to Noxus' Base for analysis. The copied programs are no different in terms of stats or function from Saber's, the only difference is that Alpha's CAS forms are slightly more bulky in appearance.

Combat - Kinetic shockwave: Kaizer's telekinetic powers can also be used to directly attack an enemy by firing waves of pure kinetic force at his opponent. These shockwaves can range from small orbs of energy that deal only a small amount of damage to an enemy, to a cone of energy that spreads out 30 feet. This blast can send light vehicles and avatars flying for dozens of feet. Kaizer can also focus this force into a sphere around him. These large blasts of energy require time to prepare however, giving his enemies time to strike him. Small blasts can be fired at will and deal a small amount of damage. Large blasts require 2 turns to charge before being fired, if the attack is used before it's fully charged, damage dealt and attack range is cut in half.
Combat - TK Lightning: Kaizer can fire a wave of lightning from his fingers, this lightning has a range of 20 feet and a width of 15 feet, the lightning can arc from one avatar to another if the avatars are within five feet of one another. This lightning deals moderate damage and requires a one turn cooldown before it can be used again.
SOUL: Alpha: Alpha is a synthetic soul, designed to copy Saber's abilities, specifically his CAS loadouts. However, Justicar wasn't able to copy all of Saber's CAS forms, due to a lack of Data. This was circumvented by the installation of the "Mirror Eye" ability. Unfortunately, This program requires a massive amount of Data, limiting Alpha's DP's to only the Mirror eye program.
Alpha's Add-Ons: Combat - Data Blade: Alpha's Data Blade function's as Alpha's main Melee weapon, it functions in a similar manner to Kaizer's energy blade, retracting into the hilt of the blade when not in use. It can also block energy or physical projectiles.
Combat - Arm Cannon: Alpha is unique among Justicar's Souls in that he has a dedicated ranged weapon. Alpha's arm cannon fires bursts of energy at a rapid rate, and can be charged for greater damage. Alpha's Cannon deals a small amount of damage when firing standard shots, and the charged shots deal moderate damage. The charged shot can fire 2 blasts per post.
Alpha's DP's: Combat - Mirror Eye: Alpha is capable of copying Saber's CAS programs by using the gems on his chest, the data is then copied and sent to Noxus' Base for analysis. The copied programs are no different in terms of stats or function from Saber's, the only difference is that Alpha's CAS forms are slightly more bulky in appearance.
