Mercenary Groups and PMC's

Seeing as the world of the network has plenty of nasty places that normal military wouldn't want to go (Slums anyone?) I figured that it would make sense to have private 'security firms' that could be paid to do someone's dirty work. After all, drones can only get you so far.
I've only got some basic ground rules to start of with when it comes to this kind of thing. If Technomancer, Saber, or Prythian want to add in some more, that's up to them.
1. The PMC's or Merc's(Whichever you prefer, it's the same thing really.) Can only use standard military weapons! drones or whatever passes for a Humvee in the world of the Network is fine(As long as the drones don't go beyond medium weight, no walking tanks people!), but anything more than that in terms of vehicles or other bells and whistles has to be provided out of the employer's own pocket.
2. Standard Small-arms(Assault rifles, pistols, shotguns, and SMG's) Sniper Rifles, grenades and anti-armor weapons(RPG's and the like) are fine. Anything bigger, like a .50 caliber machine gun or a Mini-gun have to be mounted on a vehicle. These come equipped with by default, the specifics are up to the creator of that specific Merc group. Again, anything bigger than the previously mentioned weapons has to come straight from the employer, if for whatever reason you want your PMC to come equipped with a rail gun instead of a sniper rifle, the employer has to foot the bill.
3. You Need To Say Who The PMC is Working For! This helps people establish how much the employer can afford in terms of extras. For example, If PariahTech had a contract with a PMC, they could afford a lot more than the NPD could.
Unless the admins say other wise, those are the only rules I have regarding this idea. Have fun guys!
