[Saber]

Baretta looked at the doctor when he announced the server was collapsing at an alarming rate, receiving a message from Domain as everyone got into the TARDIS <Try and stabilize the server long enough for all of us to get out untouched, we're still waiting on Dagger to return, and Justicar is nowhere to be seen. Then you can trash the place, and we'll pick you up outside.> "Doctor, this thing better have enough space for all of us, or we're going to need multiple trips."

Dagger had been persistently trying to download Amplify's data, refusing to give up until the job was done...That is...Until the unthinkable happened. "...Impossible..." Amp's file had come up nonexistent, a 404 error message in its place. It was almost as if she had been completely removed from the system. Head bowed to the ground, he slowly got to his feet, started walking away from the console, and swiftly aimed his shuriken launcher at the console, a flurry of blades crashing into the server and rendering it useless. "...There's no saving her this way...Whatever has happened to her, is up to fate now..." He looked to Chakram as the doctor's message came through, his eyes clearly showing his disappointment in failing to protect an innocent, criminal or not. "There's nothing more we can do...Let's return to the others..." Leading the pack, Dagger led Chakram back to the group, as everyone was loading into the TARDIS.

Saber was cruising over the streets of cyber city, keeping close watch over his surroundings to make sure he wasn't being followed "Jake, can you open a secure channel to the stationary terminal in the apartment? I don't want to touch ground and leave her anywhere until I'm sure we have her backed up in the server." <I'll get to work on setting up a storage space for her, and let David know to set up a security key for Mirror to have. You two can bunker down there until we get word from Baretta.> "Sounds good, I'll be there in about five minutes."

[Mani4c]

The Doctor ran into the TARDIS and activated the vehicle's scanning program. "Alright, if Lilith stays fused with Mani4c, we should have enough room. Now to find our white armored friend..." The Doctor's fingers danced over the control console of the TARDIS, punching in Justicar's identification code in less than three seconds. Luckily the damaged code of the server worked in the group's favor, Justicar's data was far more stable compared to the surrounding area, making him stand out sharply on the Doctor's scan. "There he is! I'm also getting a smaller energy reading in the same area, that's probably Amplify." Noxus took out a transfer sphere and programmed in a set of coordinates, once he finished he tossed the sphere to Lilith. "These coordinates are less than a block from the NPD server, given how fast this place is coming down, I don't think that we'll have time for another pass. Use that and get to the server so we can fix Mani4c." Lilith nodded. "Right!" The TARDIS began to lift off, a portal formed nearby, Noxus shouted one final thing before shutting the doors to the TARDIS. "Good luck my sister!" The TARDIS shot forward through the portal, as the portal collapsed, Lilith smiled. "Sister eh?" She looked towards where Mani4c's rampage had taken him, further into the server. "Well, I can't say that I mind the title...alright, enough screwing around!" Lilith sprinted towards Mani4c's location, her eyes glinted with determination. "Hold on Mani4c, I'm on my way..."

Justicar watched as Amp's new form began to take shape, he immediately noticed the similarities to the original, as well as the differences, the lack of arms being the most obvious. "Hello world..." Justicar's voice was tinged with regret, as glad as he was that Amp wasn't "Gone" he also knew that this Amp wasn't the same one that he had met in Cyber City months ago. "It feels like years since then...whether or not that's a good thing is yet to be decided." Justicar heard an unfamiliar noise, it sounded like a whirring drone that steadily grew louder. He whipped around and drew his broken sword, the Doctor's TARDIS shot out of the portal and landed a few feet from Justicar, the doors opened and Noxus ran out of the machine. "Justicar! We need to go! Where's Amp!?" Justicar's expression soured even further. "She's gone, but here at the same time." Noxus looked at Justicar, "What are you talking about? Stop speaking in riddles, we need to-" Justicar grabbed Noxus by the throat and glared at him. "Noxus, please, for once in your life...shut your gob and use those fucking muscles of yours instead of flapping your gums."

Justicar dropped Noxus and walked over to the barrier, "Help me pry this fucking door open." Justicar's voice was harsh and irritable, something had obviously happened and he wasn't saying what. Noxus decided to ask later and walked over to the door, Justicar grabbed one side while Noxus grabbed the other. "On my mark...now!" Justicar and Noxus pulled as hard as they could, and slowly but surely the door began to open. Justicar looked at Amp with a kind expression, "Listen, I don't know if you can hear me, and I know that you don't know who I am... I shall explain everything later, but now, please, get inside of that machine." Justicar jerked his head over to the TARDIS. "You aren't safe here, and that machine will take you somewhere safe."

Jäger chuckled in a half mad manner, she held the dead body of the final guard in her hand, his rib-cage was caved in from a vicious punch that Jäger have delivered to him. "That was fun...but I'm really excited to start on you guys..." Jäger dropped the corpse and slowly started to advance on the cornered scientists, Dr. Harris would be the last to die, but these small fry would whet her apatite. "How long have you been the one's to stare down at me as I was cut apart and glued back together?" Jäger grabbed a fallen scalpel and stared at it, transfixed by the glint that it gave off. "Ten years? Fifteen? Well? How many!?" Jäger lashed out at the first doctor, ripping a ragged gouge into her eye. the woman dropped to the ground and screamed in agony as Jäger dropped to her knees and began to wildly stab at the wailing woman's chest. twenty, thirty, forty, forty-seven stab wounds to the heart and lungs; All delivered in less than thirty seconds. Jäger looked up from her victim, he body soaked in blood. "Now, before I lose my cool again...how. long. was it?"

Another doctor nervously spoke up, he was an older man with salt and pepper hair and wire-framed glasses. "U-umm, eleven years. You turned twenty two yesterday." Jäger was silent for a moment, she then suddenly lunged forward and drove the scalpel through the doctor's neck, roughly pulling it across his windpipe and severing his jugular and his carotid artery. "Well then...happy birthday to me..." Jäger then began to butcher the other doctors in a wild rage, leaving Harris alive, she had something...special in mind for him.

[Prythian]

Amplify's eyes slowly opened... and that would be likewise painful for Justicar, as they were the same golden eyes that the previous one had had... only these... these actually had kindness in them, instead of just cleverness. She slowly sat up, seeming to struggle with it without any arms, up until the point that a few hands came out from behind her, touching the ground and pushing against it. As if they were connected to her with invisible arms, she pushed herself up, standing, though a bit wobbly. Her eyes moved around, and then focused on Justicar. She took a tentative step forward, hair swaying behind her. "...you're right. I don't know you. But... you seem... I don't know. Safe. So I'll listen to you..." She took a few more steps forward, her six hands floating around her by her sides, and then she stumbled into the Tardis, sitting down on the floor abruptly, one hand on the side of her head. "...I feel... disoriented."

Domain meanwhile pressed his lips together. "There's no way I can stabilize this at all..." He murmured to himself. "There's only one thing I can do now... let's make this large enough that it'll take some time to take effect." He pointed his arms back towards the server, and his spikes shot off like rockets, going through the entrance and vanishing into the depths of the server until they impacted against a wall. "One... two." As each spike pulsed their own code into the server, they flew back to him, and he retracted them. <I've done what I can. The programs I just used will take a bit to go into effect. While it's POSSIBLE they'll stabilize it, they'll also leave it a complete mess and might even hasten the collapse. Everyone needs to get out as soon as possible!>

[Saber]

Baretta waited until Justicar and Noxus were inside of the TARDIS, sending a reply to Domain as the TARDIS vanished from the server and appeared outside, where Domain was still standing, and waiting. Baretta was the first one outside, waiting for Domain to walk over, and signaling him if she needed to "Need a lift, stranger?"

Dagger was sitting perched upside down on the roof of the TARDIS, waiting for everyone to get inside so they could get out of the server. When Amplify stumbled into the chamber, and Dagger saw the new Amp, he understood now why everything happened. Bit, on the other hand, who picked up on what happened to the old Amplify much quicker, was the first to respond to her dizziness "You're waking up for the first time. Don't worry, it'll pass."

Saber had managed to get to Jake's terminal at home, spotting what looked like a new shed-like storage space in the hard drive. Deactivating his armor, he carried Mirror into the storage room, where it looked sort of like a one room apartment. He eased Mirror onto the bed, and took a seat in a chair not too far from her, keeping close watch over everything like a hawk. He knew David was likely keeping watch over the server, per request by Jake, but he couldn't help but feel overly protective of Mirror's safety until he was sure nothing bad was going to happen to her. He sat anxiously in the chair, his foot tapping nervously as he awaited Baretta's update.

[Mani4c]

Mani4c was blasting apart the server with wild abandon, the bodies of the server's final defenders were scattered about in various stages of collapse. Lilith ran up to Mani4c and grabbed his attention. "MANI4C! The server's coming down! We need to go!" "No! Not until everyone here is reduced to slag, they'll pay for what they've done!" Lilith grabbed Mani4c and punched him square in the jaw. "Damn it Mani4c! Mirror and the rest of the AUGMENT's are already gone, we're the only one's here!" Mani4c looked around, Lilith's words had started to work their way into his head, and he seemed to calm down somewhat. "Mirror's...okay?" Lilith nodded, "She's with us! Please, come back with me alright?" Mani4c looked at the destruction that he caused, he could feel the damage that the Viral code had done to his body, it felt like his innards were made of broken glass. "How...how will we get out?" Lilith handed Mani4c the transport sphere and fused with him, immediately forming a sort of "Insulation" with her own code to slow down the deterioration of Mani4c's framework. "That orb is programmed to take us to where the Doctor landed his TARDIS, just push the button and throw it at your feet." Mani4c did as Lilith told him and was swallowed up by the transport sphere's portal, leaving the collapsing server almost completely empty.

Mani4c reappeared next to the TARDIS, Lilith immediately removed herself from Mani4c's body, the viral avatar's armor crumbled into blue dust as Mani4c toppled to the ground. His body was almost completely ravaged by Viral's coding, it was a miracle that he was still alive, let alone conscious. "Argh, oh god...not good." Lilith ran up to the Doctor, "Doc! Mani4c's real bad!" The Doctor nodded, "I have a repair bay in the TARDIS, Claymore, you pick up Mani4c and bring him to the repair bay, the way is marked for you. Baretta, follow me, I need your help with the repair bay's setup." The Doctor headed off to the repair station to prepare it for Mani4c, with Claymore, Lilith, and the half comatose Mani4c in tow.

Justicar helped Amp to her feet when she fell, he dusted her off and dropped to one knee so he could look her in the eye. When he saw how similar they were to the old Amp's he couldn't repress a brief expression of sadness, he quickly buried it and forced a smile.  "Hello, I'm Justicar, it's a pleasure to meet you. Do...do you know who you are?" Chakram looked on at the scene with a pained look, as brutal as Justicar was when he saw him in battle earlier, he could still see a sort of pride in him that almost all warriors possessed. Now he looked like a beaten dog, the spark was gone from his eye. Justicar was broken, and there was no telling whether or not he could be pieced back together again.

Jäger finished butchering the last of the Doctors, leaving only one person left, the one who made her into what she was. "Dr. Harris, I think that I'll be the one doing the procedure today..." Jäger grabbed the old man by the throat and threw him into the slab, she grabbed the locks and bent them downwards, jamming them into position. "Eleven years...for eleven years I've been forced to suffer because of you, you took my flesh, my mind. You took away my humanity!" Jäger picked up a scalpel and drove it into the doctor's hand. the old man screamed in agony as Jäger twisted the blade, dragging it through his palm as she did. Jäger pulled the scalpel out and ripped open the Doctor's shirt, exposing his torso. "Now...I'm going to do what you did to me...except this time no one's being put back together!" 

Jäger proceeded to vivisect Dr. Harris, opening up his chest cavity and removing every organ in his torso, starting with the non-vital one's. Jäger was methodical, and once in a while she would rip out one of his fingernails with a pair of pliers to keep him from passing out. This continued for an hour, all the while the battle was raging inside of the server. Finally, Dr. Harris died, his screams gave way to choking breaths, and finally he died of blood loss. Jäger finished removing his organs, even plucking out his eyes. When she had finished, she wiped her hands off on a nearby rag and left the room, leaving Dr. Harris' mangled corpse strapped to the slab that he had used to torture her.

As Jäger was leaving, she passed through a laboratory that was marked as "Hunter Development" Jäger had every intention of just passing through, but something caught her attention. "H-hello?" Jäger stopped, the voice that she heard sounded like a child's or at least a young teenager's. "Is anyone there? Please, the server's melting down, let me out!" Jäger followed the voice to a lone computer console, a dead technician was laying on the floor, judging by the bullet wounds, Jäger guessed that the private security had been ordered to "Clean House". The tech had a prototype terminal clutched in his fingers, Jäger pried the terminal loose and looked at the computer. She was positive that's where the voice was coming from. She entered a simple text message, <Who is this?>

The avatar responded vocally. "Oh thank the maker! This is Hunter prototype #12, please I need to be escorted to a terminal immediately!" Jäger typed in another message. <I'm not with the corporations, why should I help you?> The avatar was silent for a moment, and when she answered her voice was far calmer. "So...you're the escaped subject huh? Good, I won't need to play the cutesy act anymore." Jäger cocked an eyebrow. "Look, those bastards hooked me up to untested programs to see how they would tick, they would overload my emotional circuits and drive me mad, then rip out my mind and do it again! You've suffered too, I've seen the footage...look, I have no reason to exist anymore, and neither do you...maybe together we can find one."

Jäger was silent for a solid minute, for a moment the avatar was worried that she had simply left, then she got a response. <Get in the damn terminal, we're going to destroy the Mega-corporations, and any other bastards that think they can lord over those weaker than them.> The avatar smiled, "Understood...partner." The avatar downloaded herself into Jäger's terminal, immediately creating a backup in case something happened. She could also hear Jäger speak to her. "So...what should I name you?" The avatar smiled again, this time it was far more menacing, "Well, my design was centered around my blade. the Ame-no-Murakumo-no-Tsurugi.(Translation: Sword of the Gathering Clouds of Heaven)" Jäger snorted derisively, "Rather wordy don't you think?" The avatar chuckled, "Oh yes, so...I think I'll just shorten my name to...Murakumo." Jäger smiled, "I like it...Murakumo it is. Now then...let's get while the getting's good." 

Jäger and her new ally managed to slip into the slums unnoticed, and they then snuck even further still, into the city. They had a mission to do, and nothing was going to stop them.

[Prythian]

As the server was left just about abandoned, Domain's programs began to take effect. Since the walls were already metal, there was nothing for Mazed Metal to add, except for the fact that each wall that rose up slammed into the ceiling above, shaking the entire thing. This wasn't helped by the massive, spiky pillars that were growing out of the walls and floor, smashing through whatever was in their way to extend to their full height. In some ways, the server gained more support... but that was rapidly undermined the spread of the terrain, and soon, the entire structure simply collapsed. Zip himself had still be trapped in there, but he was registered to a different server, so his deletion was of little important.

Amp was still a bit unsteady on her feet, but she smiled at Justicar. "I... I think so. I have a name in here somewhere..." Her eyes unfocused as she looked at her own code. "...there it is. My name is Amplify, Justicar. It's very nice to meet you. So... if that was the first time that I've woken up..." She glanced over at Bit, switching between both her and Justicar in who she was looking at. "...I was just born? I can't remember anything before this..." Two hands clasped themselves together around her waist in almost a nervous gesture, while two others shrugged in seeming confusion of what exactly had been going on. The other two simply hovered by her sides.

"In any case, if that place wasn't safe before..." And she smiled, a bright grin that almost glowed... a look of happiness that just hadn't been seen on the old Amplify. "That means you saved me!" All of her hands bunched together, pairs flattening against each other in a clear sign of being pleased. "Whatever this machine is, it's amazing! And you've gotta be pretty amazing yourself to have rescued me from whatever was happening there! Ah..." Her eyes glimmered for a moment. "Can I hug you?"

[Saber]

Baretta followed Domain into the TARDIS, but things started spiraling out of control when Mani4c and Lilith arrived on the scene. "Dammit Mani4c...Lead the way, doctor." She followed the doctor through the TARDIS, to where the repair bay was "Just walk me through the steps and I'll take care of them."

Dagger walked away when Amplify and Justicar were talking, and things looked like they were going to get mushy. sticking to the rooftop so as not to have to weave through the crowd of avatars beneath him. Considering the size of the booth from the outside, he was surprised by the interior. There must have been a compression program acting from the outside, compressing the actual size of the transport to hide its actual size.

[Mani4c]

"Claymore, place Mani4c on that bed over there, I need to load up the repair program." Claymore placed the comatose Mani4c on the bed as The Doctor warmed up the repair program. A small rounded lid lowered over the bed where Mani4c was laying, it sealed tight with a hiss, creating an egg shaped pod.  "Alright, Baretta, I'm going to begin the scanning process in just a moment. Now normally I could do this myself, but because of Mani4c's unique...situation, I need you to monitor the readout on the side of the scanning pod. I need to regulate the energy during the scan and during the actual repairs, if that readout shows any sharp fluctuations, tell me immediately. Viral coding can be rather temperamental under certain conditions and if he goes critical he'll blow up like a bloody mortar shell." The Doctor finished setting up the scan and grabbed the activation lever, "Alright lass, on my go. Three...two...one...activating the scan now." The Doctor slowly pulled down the lever, a gentle whirring noise could be heard from inside the pod as the scanner passed over Mani4c. "Alright, this will take a couple minutes, just keep watch on that screen, I'll alert you when I start the actual repairs."

Justicar was taken aback at first by Amp's reaction, but he quickly smiled, he was glad that Amp was safe. "Sure, hug away Amp. Uh, y-you don't mind if I call you Amp do you?" Noxus just stayed back and smiled. 'At least she's okay, even if she's a different avatar now.'

[Prythian]

Domain, meanwhile, was leaning against one of the walls. Almost idly, he began experimenting with the new function on his armor, at first matching the colors on the wall along with any discolorations, and then going absurd with different patterns and colors. Black-and-white checkerboard, blue-gold stripes, polka dots... He was running it through its rounds, making sure it wasn't going to burn out in any way. It WOULD be like PariahTech to have left a flaw in until they were absolutely sure of him.

Mirror lay on the bed that Saber had placed her on, blinking sleepily. Suddenly her eyes went completely alert as she sat up with a jerk, all signs of sleep banished. "...They put me in sleep mode! Those bastards!" She exclaimed, taking in her surroundings as her eyes darted all over the place, finally focusing on Saber. "...this isn't that server. That's... that's right. I vaguely remember you taking me out of there." Relief passed over her face, turning to alarm. "...Domain! Is Domain out? Did they get that other AUGMENT out as well? What was her name... Amplify? My sister?" Her eyes turned pleadingly onto Saber.

Amplify grinned. "Of course! That's a much cooler name than Amplify, honestly. I like it! Short and powerful!" One of her hands did a fist pump. Then she stepped forwards. Without arms, her hug went different than it normally would. She pressed her body up against his as all six of her hands went flat against his back, pushing them together with a gentle pressure.

[Saber]

"Ahem." Bit walked in when the doctor started giving barrette instructions "I think I might be better suited for this, captain. Despite the friction between us, I'd rather not see Mani4c completely erased. He is, after all, a member of the force, and a competent individual." Baretta hesitated for a minute, but handed the monitor to Bit, looking at both her and the doctor "I don't care who does it, just make sure he gets fixed...Please."

Dagger looked down at the floor just in time to see Domain messing with his camouflage program, crossing his arms and staring curiously "Judging from how you're messing with that function...I'm assuming that was given to you by Pariahtech..."

Saber snapped his neck in Mirror's direction when she started awake, almost ready to get out of his seat, until she started calming down, and realized she was both safe, and not in the Pariahtech server. When she asked about Domain and Mirror, he tried to keep a calm face, as he remembered what happened to the three of them "...Domain is safe and with the others...But Amplify...I'm not sure about yet, I carried you out of the server when word got out about a large army of avatars coming for our group, so they would be able to fight unhindered. The last update I got was that they were evacuating the server, and taking everyone they could with them...I haven't heard from anyone yet since then, and I decided to bring you to Jake's terminal to wait out the storm and bring you back to the precinct when I got word that your data had been secured and backed up."

He turned his gaze away from Mirror and looked down at the ground, his voice was actually sounding more emotional than his usual calm and strategic tone...More human "We failed you, Mirror...We said that you would be safe with us, and the moment all hell breaks loose, this happens...You have every right to blame us for not keeping you safe...I certainly deserve it for not realizing there was something happening behind the scenes, when Noxus and Justicar attacked the city unprovoked." Mirror would immediately pick up on the guilt in his voice, the fact he had failed to keep her, and Domain safe was really weighing down on him, now that the adrenaline of battle wasn't flowing through his code anymore.

[Mani4c]

The Doctor smiled and gave a salute, "Don't worry Captain! This doctor hasn't lost a patient yet, Mani4c'll be back to driving up your blood pressure in no time!" He turned back to the scanner and monitored the readout. Claymore walked over to Baretta and gave her a gentle pat on the back, his armor deactivated as he looked at Baretta. He spoke in a comforting tone, one that contrasted with his booming baritone. "Come Captain, if you stay here you will suffer from unneeded stress, the Doctor and Bit have everything in hand here. Let us head back to the others and leave the two to their work."

Meanwhile, inside of Mani4c's mind, Mani4c was stirring. The viral avatar's eyes fluttered open and he sat up, clutching his head. "Ohhh, oh god...this feels like the world's worst goddamn hangover..." "Tch, it's about time your stupid ass woke up." Mani4c shakily got to his feet, looking for the source of the voice. "Huh?who's there?" "What, did that merger eat away your memories too? One sec..." A black cloud of data with glowing green eyes appeared in front of Mani4c and began to shift, eventually forming a hazy silhouette with no visible features aside from it's eyes.  "Recognize me now hotshot? Or do I have to spell it out for you?" Mani4c's eyes widened, that mocking tone of voice was incredibly familiar. "Viral?" The shadowy figure laughed. "Ding ding ding! Give the boy a prize ladies and gents!" Viral stopped laughing and looked at Mani4c, his arms were crossed and his eyes had an irritated look about them. "Seriously? What the fuck were you thinking? You're lucky that Lilith is good at manipulating code, or you'd have fallen to pieces when you got here." 

Mani4c looked around, seeing nothing but a black void surrounding them. "Wh-where are we?" "Your subconscious, I dragged your ass here when you blacked out. Once they fix you up you'll leave sleep mode and get control of your body back." Mani4c sighed in relief, "That's good, so, what now?" Viral chuckled, "Now you go back to sleep, the wait'll go faster that way." Mani4c was about to object, but he could feel darkness taking him, soon he was unconscious again, and Viral simply faded away to wait out the repairs.

Justicar was silent as Amp hugged, him albeit in her own unique way. Normally he probably would have been at least a bit uncomfortable in this situation, but the fact that Amp was back, that she was safe was all he cared about. He Just returned the hug, a lump forming in his throat as he did. Chakram and Noxus looked on at the scene, Chakram decided to give the duo some space and simply faded from view with his camouflage program, he reappeared next to Katana, deactivating his armor and dropping into a crouch next to her. "Well, this day was quite an adventure wasn't it?"

Onimaru was leaning against a nearby wall, his armor deactivated, Totenkopf was sitting next to him sharpening his scythe. "This isn't the end you know...we all saw who that killer that took Officer Jameson's life was." Onimaru huffed in anger, he still wasn't happy about that. "So what?" Totenkopf stopped sharpening his blade and looked at his friend. "Can we still hunt them as efficiently knowing that they too were a victim of the Mega Corporation's cruel designs? Will we simply put them down, or try to save them like we did our friends? And most importantly, can we still hold them responsible for actions that the had no real control over?"

[Prythian]

Domain glanced up, his armor fading back to its normal colors. "...yeah. They thought they could get me to become a Hunter, like Zip, the avatar who kidnapped us. I agreed because they promised Mirror would be safe, but I never said I wouldn't leave the moment I could ensure her safety myself. So since they thought they had me, they gave me a few... upgrades. This one's probably one of the most important, though, since I'm a terraformer. Before I could make terrains, but I couldn't blend into them except for one. So. You're new to me, as are a few others of these. Who are you?" That question came out bluntly. "And what got you involved in this mess?"

Mirror shook her head at Saber, kicking her feet off the side of the bed to sit more comfortable. "You're being ridiculous." She scolded. "That avatar had the best possible proxy, and he deliberately stirred up Noxus's group against the NPD. He gloated about it to us. Not to mention you couldn't possibly have stopped them from harming the city any more without bringing every officer you did." Her eyes softened. "Look. You may have said that I'd be safe, but you made that promise when we didn't even know avatars from Project AUGMENT were targets of any group. Besides, it's not like I've been sitting in the precinct all the time. Haven't I done my own missions in Net Ops?" She shook her head again. "I joined Net Ops because I wanted to use my powers for something right. That's completely incompatible with me being 100% safe. No one could keep me safe under those circumstances all the time. Not you, not Mani4c, not even Domain."

Amp withdrew from the hug reluctantly, her hands pulling off of Justicar's back. "There. Now... I should probably make sure there were no compiling errors when I was born." Her eyes went unfocused again for a moment as she looked through her data. "Nothing on the surface... but I should see how things work with my weapon..." She sat back down on the floor, cross-legged. She held out two hands, a familiar weapon appearing in them. On the surface, it looked like her old one, Frozen Torrent. "Shattered Skies..." She mused aloud. "Let's see here..." One of her spare hands grabbed near the cannon, pulling... and it came right now, a cylinder just sitting in that hand. Another one reached just below the blade, pulling it out, part of the shaft of the naginata coming out as a handle, making it look like no more than a wakizashi. The end with the missing parts folding itself up to become a simple bo staff. Amplify continued looking over each weapon carefully.

[Saber]

Dagger listened to Domain explain how he tricked the Pariahtech hunters and scientists into believing he was joining them as long as Mirror stayed safe, intrigued by his cunning as well as his strength. When asked about his identity, and his purpose "Let's just say that I'm a relative of one of your police friends...As for why I'm here, well, to put criminals in their place, and make sure that they won't be able to find another of your siblings."

Saber looked up when Mirror started lecturing him about his guilt, basically saying he needed to stop blaming himself because it wasn't his fault. She was also reminding him about why she joined in the first place "...You're right...I guess whatever's happening to me is making me think and feel about things in a new way..." He gave Mirror a kind smile, almost weary "I'm just glad we got to you and Domain before anything irreparable could be done...I don't think I'd be able to handle losing more friends...Especially to those bastards in the megacorporations..."

[Prythian]

Domain's helmet vanished and he raised an eyebrow. "Another of my siblings. I assume you're not talking about that one with Halberd. So Zip wasn't lying when he said there was a fifth one of us that he couldn't find." After a moment of staring at Dagger thoughtfully, he shook his head. "You don't seem like the type to volunteer any information freely to me. Just be aware that according to Zip, there's only five of us in all. So whether you're protecting a sister or a brother, give them that warning. And let them know that regardless of their affiliations group-wise..." He pointed a thumb at himself. "They can always find a way to talk to me. Mirror's attached to the NPD, Amplify is presumably with Noxus's group, Integrate is with Halberd... but I'm only really connected to Mirror. I have friends in the NPD, but I'm not one of them. Closest thing to a neutral AUGMENT that we have."

Mirror smiled. "You do seem a bit more..." She paused. "...emotional. Maybe you've got your personality juiced up like I do, and Domain. He doesn't show it much... but he feels pretty strongly, and whenever I'm closest to personhood, so do I. You need to get some control over that soon." She grinned at him. "Rule your emotions or they'll rule you!" She laughed it off. "Anyways, speaking of things that need to be repaired... they did change something in my programming." She turned into Saber, only with a different color scheme. "So I couldn't sneak out." She shrugged.

[Saber]

Dagger met Domain's gaze, observing him with crossed arms as he gave Dagger a warning for the fifth of his AUGMENT siblings. Domain also wanted to extend a hand of friendship to Merge, saying he was as close to a neutral party in the AUGMENT group than anyone else "...I'll keep that in mind..."

Saber looked at his hand idly while Mirror was giving her thoughts about how he was acting, like his emotional programming was more natural than synthetic, like Mirror and Domain, albeit not as noticeable with the terraformer. "...Maybe. But it shouldn't be possible for a manufactured avatar like myself to gain something like that..." She then gave him some much needed advice, he needed to get a control over these new emotions he was able to feel, or they would make life and work very difficult "I'll keep that in mind."

Then, he looked up when Mirror said they changed something in her code, to prevent her from escaping, noticing the altered colors in his design when she copied him "...Typical of the creators to alter their work to try and keep it in their hands. Well, once we have everything back in order with everyone's data, we'll have to see about working on that."

Bit looked up from the monitor long enough to signal the doctor, giving him the OK to proceed "Readings are coming up good, you may begin when ready, doctor."

[Mani4c]

The Doctor nodded, "Right-o, alright, just need to input the repair command, annnd...done! The repairs are proceeding, just keep a firm watch on that monitor Bit, the energy being sent through his body could cause his viral code to spike. If that happens I'll need to modify the power output, just a quick alteration, but an important one!" The Doctor's fingers were poised above the controls of the pod, ready to spring into action if needed.

Suddenly, he heard a muted thumping noise, as well as the characteristic whirring of his TARDIS' engine beginning to slow. "Hmm, we seem to have reached the NPD server, I'll have to give instructions to our passengers." The Doctor hit a button on the console, activating the internal communications for the TARDIS. <Ladies and gentlemen, this is your Doctor speaking. We have just arrived at the NPD server, please make sure that your tray tables are in the locked and upright position and place your seats back into their original positions as well! Also be sure to be wary when opening the overhead compartments as your luggage may have shifted during the flight. I would like to personally thank you for flying Air-TARDIS, the number one provider of HTTP transports, because we're the only one's who bloody have 'em.> The Doctor deactivated the communications and chuckled, "I've always wanted to do that, things are just coming up aces today aren't they?"

Before anyone could disembark, the doors of the TARDIS opened and a white and red blur shot into the machine, now able to handle more passengers while not in transit. The blur practically tackled Katana, knocking her to the ground, said blur was none other than Amaterasu, who was currently fawning over every inch of Katana, checking for injuries. "Katana! Oh thank god you're alright! Are you okay!? You didn't get hurt did you!? Who hurt you? I'LL KILL THEM!" Chakram pinched the bridge of his nose in embarrassment, Amaterasu's motherly instincts could border on the obsessive at times, and this time was no different. Claymore on the other hand, was trying his best not to laugh at his sister's current predicament. He noticed Dagger hiding near the roof and walked over to him, able to reach him if he wanted. "Dagger, meet Amaterasu, our...mother, and your's I suppose." Claymore's voice was filled with amusement, if Amaterasu's fawning attitude was enough to make Saber uncomfortable, he could only imagine how Dagger would react.

[Prythian]

Domain smiled faintly when Amaterasu arrived, his helmet reappearing as he went back to his normal, guarded self. "Same as every other time I've seen her..." He said quietly. "Take care of yourself, Dagger... and whichever sibling of mine you know. One day, if I get my hands on Integrate... I plan on seeing if it's possible to get the whole family together." With those parting words, he simply walked out of the doors, exiting the TARDIS.

Mirror smiled. "Yeah, I've no doubt it'll get fixed. But I think I'd like some control over it instead of it just being removed. Being able to tell me apart from an enemy would be useful in some situations. Though while I'm thinking about it..." She gave a broad grin. "You guys are going to have to mess around with my cosmetic data anyway, since this change is connected to that. I think it's time for an update to my appearance, and I know exactly what I want to look like." She winked at him. "It's a secret, though, so no peeking until the formatting is done!"

[Saber]

Bit nodded, keeping her eyes on the monitor while the doctor did his little joke on the overhead. She merely rolled her eyes, smirking slightly.

Katana wan't expecting such a swift tackle by Amaterasu, her eyes crossing slightly from the impact with the floor whole Amaterasu doted on her "...I'm fine mom...The only thing that hurt me so far was the floor just now..." Baretta couldn't help but smile when she saw Amaterasu getting so emotional, shaking her head and walking over to place a hand on the self proclaimed mother of the cyberblades "Amaterasu, I think it would be best to give everyone a bit of room to breathe. We've been through a pretty intense mission, and I think everyone just wants to back up their data and relax now."

Dagger looked at the somewhat overbearing woman that had tackled Katana, and after realizing who she was to him, immediately activated his cloaking program. As happy as he was that everyone got out of this alive and in one piece, in a manner of speaking, he needed to return to where he left Merge, and make sure that she was still alright, and safe. He sent a silent message to Baretta and Masamune, then decided to sneak his way out of the TARDIS, and out of the server. Maybe when their brother has been stopped in his maniacal quest for human genocide, then he would join the others, but not until he knew that he could safely rejoin them. (exit Dagger)

Saber rubbed his chin and thought about Mirror's request, the idea actually sounded pretty helpful "Well, it would certainly help distinguish between anyone you were copying, that's for sure." Then, she started talking about how she wanted to have a change to her cosmetic data, saying it was time for a change. The wink kind of made his face turn slightly red, not quite sure how to think when she started teasing him. Nervously, he scratched his nose and broke eye contact with there to look away "...W-well...I'm not normally at the server unless I'm summoned by Baretta or Captain Bale...So, I guess you have nothing to worry about there..." He looked back up, his face still somewhat red, and smiling "...I have to say, you've come a long way since we first met. And you've really grown as an individual, I can't even see any of the shy, uncertain avatar with no appearance you once were."

[Mani4c]

Mani4c's eyes opened, lines of code flitting through his vision as his sytems came back online. His entire body felt like it just lost a game of chicken with a freight train, but he was alive, so his pain was a decent price to pay. "Urgh, shit...anybody get the number of that truck?" The Doctor killed the repair program, opening the pod and helping Mani4c to his feet. "You kinda went bonkers for a bit mate, but me and Bit fixed you up." Mani4c nodded, "Right, Thanks Doc." Mani4c looked at Bit, "You as well Bit, I know that I'm a pain in the ass, but I hope you realize that I'm grateful. You've both been helping out the new Cyberblades and the AUGMENT's, and now you've saved my bacon too." The Doctor smiled, "No thanks are needed my friend, it comes with the territory. Now, let's go meet up with your friends eh?"

Justicar looked at Amp, he wanted to say something, but he wasn't sure how to say it. "So..u-um, Amp. Once this is over, would you...like to go out and look around the city for a bit? I'm not familiar with this city myself, and I'd like to spend some time with you, to get to know each other you know?" Justicar silently cursed himself, why was he so bloody awkward when it came to speaking to Amp? He'd spoken to the Old Amp plenty of times, what was so different about speaking to this new Amp?

Claymore laughed as Dagger cloaked himself and made a break for the exit. "Not big on public displays of affection eh? You'll warm up to her eventually brother!" Amaterasu helped Katana up and pulled her into a gentle hug. "I was so worried about you all, I wanted so badly to go with you and help, but I'm not equipped for combat yet..." Amaterasu sounded apologetic, like her lack of combat programming was somehow her doing. "I'm your mother, I'm supposed to be there for you, and I can't even keep you safe."

[Prythian]

Mirror smiled faintly back at Saber. "Thanks... but I'm still not really a person yet. I'm missing something. Mani4c knows what it is, but when he tried to explain it, it didn't make any sense to me. I guess it's something that you can't understand until you have it." Quickly changing subjects, she looked shyly away from Saber. "...You know, this is the second time you've really saved me. First you brought me in... and then this. You're a very good person. A strong sense of right and wrong... you know, that's something that seems to connect us AUGMENTs for the most part. Domain has the same thing... Amplify had it, but chose to ignore it..." She frowned. "...she seemed to think everything only mattered for her... that the rest of us were unimportant."

Amp grinned, as her hands rapidly reassembled Shattered Skies. While she didn't know it, Masamune would probably be fairly interested in how it had been changed with her. "Why not? I'm not familiar with anywhere yet, and you were the one that rescued me from... wherever that was. Though..." She spun around Shattered Skies and the two hands that were holding it lowered to the ground, letting her place a foot on it, which stuck there as the cannon aperture on the bladed end thrust out a small flare, looking all the world like Amplify had a hoverboard of some sort. "...Think you can keep up with me? I feel a little wild!"
