Grudge Match(Saber, Prythian)

[Saber]

Saber was about to retaliate when a strange new avatar interfered with their fight, his intense glare focused on the newcomer now. But when a new voice announced itself in the area, he looked up and spotted someone completely unfamiliar, boasting about what he's done to deceive everyone here. Just to add insult to injury, the stranger did something he hadn't expected. He created images of Mirror, Domain, and Amplify on the ground, in pain and being forced to use their powers against their will, something he knew they didn't want.

Anger starting to boil in his code, he started flying skyward, directly toward the stranger in the air. He was almost about to attack when the treetop formed in front of him, forcing him to slam into the canopy. Shaking the impact off, he tried to slash his way through the cover, but to no avail.

Baretta was watching the fight from above when the strange new avatar appeared to gloat about his accomplishments. After inspecting him for a while and hearing him mention the AUGMENT. She was quickly adjusting the code in her gun, while relaying instructions to Kate silently [Kathryn, I need scatter and piercing shot, and be ready to trigger homing shot once scatter has exhausted.] Once both programs were loaded, she fired a 3 round burst at the target, which immediately split into 10 bullets each. After which, she started firing a barrage of 3 round bursts, before using Lilith's cannon driver to fire a bolt of energy directly at the insectile avatar.

After the maze had been raised up, a voice started talking from Mani4c and Noxus' location "...Looks like the NPD is just as much a victim here as you are, Noxus..."

[Mani4c]

Mani4c helped Noxus to his feet, "Now, let's go take care of..." The arrival of the Hunter cut Mani4c off, Noxus however recognized him. "That's the hunter from the Security feeds!" Mani4c raised his rifle and was about to fire when the Hunter summoned the three captured AUGMENT avatars, "MIRROR, Domain! Let them go you son of a bitch!" Noxus looked at Mani4c, his face was a rictus of rage, he followed Mani4c's gaze to the avatar that he presumed was Mirror. She was young looking, a mere child by any sense of the word. "You reprobate! Let them go!" He was sorely tempted to fire a shot at the Hunter, but he couldn't risk hitting the captives.

That's when the Hunter forced the AUGMENT's to terraform the area, first with a thunderstorm, and then with a massive forest that sprung from the ground. Mani4c saw the pain on Mirror's face and went ballistic, "YOU MOTHERFUCKER!!!" Mani4c's body became wreathed in a viral aura, he then launched himself at the Hunter, hoping to plow his way through the forest. Instead he smashed into a metal wall as a Maze was created within the forest itself. "NO, NO, NO! FUCK!!!" Mani4c began smashing holes in the walls, trying to get to the hunter, Noxus knew that it was pointless. 'We can't track him...unless. PariahTech, I wonder.' When a voice came seemingly from nowhere, Mani4c ceased his assault, he recognized that voice... "DAGGER! Show yourself!" Noxus activated his blades and looked around. "Another Cyberblade...come to finish what your brothers started have you? Well I'm afraid that I'm not ready to die yet, not until me and my Brother's friends are saved." Noxus felt a new clarity come over him. The muddled anger and sense of loss were gone, replaced by a single purpose, destroy the Mega corporations and anyone like them. If he couldn't save the human race itself, than he would settle for safeguarding it.

Justicar roared and began to fired into the forest, vaporizing vast swaths of metal walls and foliage, "DIE!!! DIE!!! DIE!!!" Masamune meanwhile began to scan the Hunter as fast as he could, hoping to discern his abilities and weaknesses. He noticed Saber's behavior and frowned, he leaped up to Saber's height using the thick foliage that Domain had created. He put his blade against Saber's neck, his voice was cold and calculating. His temper was boiling over and he wasn't going to deal with any arguments. "It's pointless, save your strength. I have a feeling that help is on the way."

Luckily Masamune's prediction was both correct as well as timely. the familiar whirring sound of a certain Doctor's TARDIS preparing to open a portal began to sound near Dagger and the two viral siblings' location "What in the world?" "NOXUS, DAGGER, DUCK!" Noxus and Mani4c dropped to the ground as a portal tore open mere meters from where they were, destroying anything that was sucked into it.


The Doctor's TARDIS shot out of the portal and came to a smooth landing, steam curling off of the blue police box. "Excellent landing if I may say so!" The Doctor opened the door of the TARDIS and stepped out, sonic screwdriver in hand. He began to scan the area, picking up both Dagger and the various terraforming programs that the Hunter had used. "Such an intricate program, pity it's being used by a chitinous sociopath..." The Doctor began to fiddle with the various buttons and knobs on the handle of his device, tuning it to a specific setting. He also spoke to Dagger, not bothering to look in the cloaked avatar's direction. "You may as well come on out, I detected you when I ran the scan."

[Prythian]

The Hunter began moving almost as soon as he noticed the shots, but his speed was only average, despite his maneuverability. Knowing he was about to get hit, he activated a specialized program... Managing to avoid half the bullets, fifteen of them still managed to land, and the first five bullets actually knocked off pieces of his armor, them falling down into the trees below. Without it, he simply looked like a pure-black figure, aside from the four dragonfly wings on him and the holes in his torso. However, when the cannon driver was fired at him, he moved at over twice his previous speed, effortlessly dodging it by flying to the side without even having to turn.

"I guess I've worn out my welcome." He murmured. "But I think I'll stay and play with you a bit longer!" The pieces of his armor flew back upwards from the trees, flying together on top of him... or so it seemed. As his armor formed back together, wings and all, the unarmored Hunter turned away, cloaked once more, and flew swiftly away.

The remaining Decoy Armor held together its arms, thin black spikes growing out of the armor plates on its forearms, and then both of the forearms saw the spikes fling out of it towards Baretta, more growing and firing off as soon as one was gone.

[Saber]

Dagger rolled his eyes when Noxus started accusing him of wanting to kill him, walking along the sides of the maze wall after it materialized "As appealing as that sounds for a criminal, I'm not interested in going after you, Noxus." He lifted his cloaking program, revealing his white and black armor, his head turned to look at both Noxus and Mani4c "Not so long as that logic programming of yours remains intact in that sea of viral data." When the portal started to form, and Mani4c gave his warning, he wall jumped up out of the way of the incoming transport and its portal, instinctively drawing a shuriken from his launcher and poising himself to throw it at whoever came out, if hostile.

Saber glared at Masamune, using his thrusters to get out of the way of his reach before aiming his lance, no a rifle, at Masamune "You expect me to wait?! He has my friends! I have to get out there and stop him before he gets away!!" The pain and rage in his eyes was evident to anyone who saw, he was no longer the level headed warrior his programming allowed him to be, whatever happened during Noxus' desperation attack had done something to him. <Saber, come to your senses pal. You're not acting like yourself!> "No Jake! I can't lose anyone else, and I won't let anyone stop me from keeping that from happening..." His rifle started glowing, ready for combat if Masamune was willing to go that far "Now get out of my way...Or I will make you..."

Baretta's eyes narrowed when she looked at the armor reform, something in her optical systems detecting something odd in what was happening "Kathryn, are you seeing this?" "So, he wants to play that game huh? Fine, entertain him for a while. Disabling Piercing and loading Burst shot, lets see how much damage it can take.>

Flying around the armor while it fired its needles at her, she triggered her speed boost from Lilith and circled around to fire the armor from behind with a homing burst shot.

[Mani4c]

The Doctor glanced at Dagger and rolled his eyes, "Twitchy little bugger aren't you? Just give me a tic..." The Doctor finished his calibrations and activated his screwdriver. "First goes the woods..." The Doctor held the device above his head and it let out a large green pulse, deleting the forest around them but leaving the other changes in place. "Now for the Maze, one moment..." Noxus looked at The Doctor with an amazed expression, "What an amazing device, what else can it do?" The Doctor didn't look up from his screwdriver, focused on calibrating the device so he could remove the next terrain change. "It can scan programs and avatars, seal downloads, and hack computers. And that's just the passive applications, defensive measures are also present, though I prefer to hang back and build things as opposed to fighting."

Lilith studied the proxy armor, trying to find a weak point. 'Baretta, that thing's extremely nimble, try using my claws and spreader blade combo! if we're lucky it'll get it's wings clipped! Then it'll...what the!?' The Doctor's pulse swept by Lilith and Baretta, reducing the forest below to nothing. This also allowed Lilith to see Saber and a now fallen Masamune in a stand off. With a raging Justicar wildly firing energy blasts at the Proxy armor. 'Oh for the love of...one second!' Lilith opened a communication link with Mani4c and Jake, sending them both messages at the same time. Mani4c's message was an alert regarding Saber's aggressive behavior, the one to Jake was a request. <Jake, this is Lilith. No time to explain, just listen! Saber's becoming a liability, and I can smell viral data coming off of him from here, DO NOT log him out! Pull the plug on his CAS and lock down his connectivity and Combat programs, and I mean ALL of them. I've alerted Mani4c and he can do a field detox once he reaches Saber.>

[Prythian]

The armor simply led the homing shot around in quite a chase, weaving in and out between the wild shots Justicar was firing. Its wings allowed it to change directions in an instant without any warning, without even having to turn around; truly the most maneuverable wings out there. Eventually it got far enough away from the trajectory that the bullet simply couldn't follow it anymore, flying off. However, even with its maneuverability, it couldn't help but get hit by one of Justicar's blasts, right in the center of the torso.

It simply flew apart, the armor itself dissolving into bits of data, and it was obvious that what they'd been fighting was hollow. With the speed of the unarmored Hunter, his wings, and his cloak, he was clearly long gone.

[Saber]

Dagger narrowed his eyes at the doctor when he called him twitchy "...Try having something appear out of nowhere on you and not know if it's friend or foe...You'll be just as twitchy..." He looked up at what was going on with Saber and noticed the vulnerabilities in his boots from Noxus' attack "Looks Like my brother isn't as calm and collected as he seems..."

Saber noticed the trees starting to fade out, and saw this as his chance to try and chase the hunter. But the moment he tried, he noticed a lack of thruster power in his armor, before his armor shifted to Panzer form "What?! NO!" Saber plummeted down toward the ground as the maze began to fade out as well, impacting hard into the ground with a deep crater. When he was able to get back to his feet, he noticed he was back in his default armor, but neither his blade, nor his blaster were available to him "Jake! What do you think you're doing?!" <...Getting my friend back...>

Baretta noticed the maneuverability of the armor, but didn't see the barrage of random bullets being fired from Justicar. That alone forced the armor to derez, fading out of existence. She started descending down towards ground level "I'll wait until we've managed to calm everyone down, then tell them our findings." <Smart. Defuse the situation first, then relay information. I leave this in your hands, Baretta.> "Understood."

[Mani4c]

Mani4c got Lilith's message just as the Doctor managed to delete the maze, he then began to work on the thunderclouds, speaking to Dagger as he did. "More than likely he got nicked by that viral surge that Henry told me about on the way here, he's lucky that his coding is up to snuff, otherwise he'd probably be chewing on his tongue and drooling right now..." Noxus rolled his eyes, "That's a pleasant image...but he escaped the blast, I don't know how he was corrupted." Mani4c cut in, storming over to Saber with an annoyed expression. "He probably got tipped by the outermost edge of the attack, doesn't matter now...Viral, I'm about to lose my cool here, take over and snap out of it."

Viral took control of Mani4c's body and stormed over to Saber, lowering his enhanced strength so he wouldn't cause serious damage with what he was about to do. Viral walked over to Saber, deactivated his armor...and punched Saber square in the face. "Shut the fuck up you emo prick!" Viral proceeded to grab Saber and slam him into a nearby building, his eyes were glowing purple. "I heard that entire goddamn exchange, from you getting pissy with Noxus to you acting like a tool and not thinking. Lilith and Baretta had to deal with that thing on their own because you didn't use your head!"

Viral backhanded Saber, keeping a firm grip on his colleague's collar. "I have had it with your superiority complex and bullshit whining about "Your Mission"! If you hadn't pushed Noxus' buttons, he wouldn't have used that little dome of his and wrecked your shit! Oh, but you don't think about that, you're SABER, the super cop." By this point Noxus had walked over to Dagger, he gestured at the raging Viral. "Do you want to step in? He is your brother."

Viral continued his tirade, his cosmetic data slowly degrading because of his temper. "You wanna know why I despise you? Why I'm always so unpleasant towards you but nice to every other Cyberblade? It's because they don't mope, or bitch or let their fucking familial complex control their actions! But if one person even whispers about Halberd, you mope until someone comes by to give you a pat on the back. I have just as much baggage as you, so does Lilith, and Viral, and everyone else in our fucked up little family! But you, oh, you just bitch and moan!" Viral roared in anger and punched Saber three more times, slamming him into the wall as he did. "But now...we've got bigger fish to fry cupcake! MY LITTLE SISTER IS GONE! TAKEN BY THE SAME PEOPLE WHO KILLED FRANK, AND MADE NOXUS! SO SHAPE THE FUCK UP AND CUT THE SHADOW THE HEDGEHOG EMO WHINER BULLSHIT SABER! OR I SWEAR BY THE CREATOR, WHEN I'M THROUGH WITH YOU KATANA WILL NEED A NEW BIG BROTHER!" Viral panted, his anger spent for the most part. He glared at Saber, daring him to try and pull something. "You're just as much of a fuck up as Noxus and Halberd, and if you wanna change that...prove that you've got the balls to let go of your past. Because if not...you're fucking useless."

Lilith separated from Baretta when the two finally landed. "Not what I had in mind, but I have a feeling that this is less combat medicine and more Viral finally giving Saber a piece of his mind, no matter how wrong it is..." She then looked at Justicar, she could sense the multiple souls in his body, as well as something else. "Once Saber's fixed, I'm gonna need your help with wolf boy...something's off about him."

[Prythian]

Just as Viral's rant peaked, the clouds that had been roiling above finally let loose, a torrential downpour coming down in an instant. The rain was both thick and heavy, powerful blasts of lightning surging between the clouds, each one temporarily lighting up the area in a brilliant white. One of the things lit up was a four-legged figure. Golden energy in its mouth and on its paws and tip of its tail lit it up a bit more, revealing the shine of armor as the wolf-life avatar continued forward... limping all the way. The glow of the energy blade on its tail revealed many long, black spines stuck into the upper joint of the leg, sparking at the contact.

Masamune... Alpha's voice came out across the battlefield as she got closer, filled with a mixture of pain and sorrow. I couldn't stop him... The image of the Hunter flashed into everyone's heads on the word 'him'. He got in and out of the NPD precinct too quickly. I did manage to analyze some of his data, though. Alpha bared her teeth, the golden energy that made them up pulsing brightly as the rain continued to pour all around. He won't get away next time. There was a brief image of her biting into his throat.

[Saber]

Dagger crossed his arms and waited beside Noxus as Viral decided to give saber a wake up call "In a bit...He's always been blaming himself for staying behind while Halberd and I ran loose, thinking there's something he could have done...I'll step in if it gets out of hand, but he needs this right now..."

Saber's helmet shattered when Viral slammed his fist into his face, crashing and tumbling until he slid face down on the dirt. He got up slowly during Viral's rant, only to be hit 3 more times, and forced to crash against a wall this time, with cracks in his upper body armor. He started glaring at Viral as he started stating the obvious. He pushed himself off of the wall, ready to retaliate, when Dagger walked up and got between the two, gradually making his way toward Saber "...You've made your point, I'll handle my brother from here..."

Baretta listened to Lilith's thoughts regarding Saber, and then her concerns about Justicar "Let me see if I can work something out to keep him occupied at the very least. If you are able to differentiate between viral data and clean data, Saber might need your help more than Justicar does." She started to calmly approach Noxus, pistols holstered and keeping her advance non-hostile "Noxus, I believe your friend needs your help calming him down. We can't do anything about the hunter until we've subdued these two."

[Mani4c]

Viral wanted to object, to continue his rant, but he knew that it was pointless. "If he needs his skull cracked any more, let me know..." Viral stormed up to the doctor, who had given up on deleting the thunderstorm. "Very good rant mate, but it doesn't fix the main issue, the AUGMENT's are gone." Viral nodded, "I know...is that 'pet project' of Onimaru's finished?" The Doctor put away his sonic screwdriver and nodded. "We have three functioning models at the moment, but they're not even operating at half capacity, all that's in place are the basic weapons, defenses, and masking programs. All of the more powerful programs are still caught up in de-bugging or not even started." Viral cursed, he was hoping that things would be further along then they were. "Well, we'll have to make due."

Lilith cracked her neck and focused on Justicar and Saber. The viral infection in Saber's code was minor, all things considered, his personality matrix was frozen, making him impulsive and angry. Justicar on the other hand...his code was a mess, and if Lilith could sense that with just a cursory sensing of his code, the real damage was probably far worse. "Saber's emotional programming took a hit, he's frozen in a loop of aggression and impulsive behavior, I can fix that in a jiffy. As for Justicar...he's a wreck, he's pumping so much energy through his body that I'm surprised that he hasn't flown apart at the seams yet." Noxus was currently trying to calm an equal parts distraught and raging Justicar, this latest run in was doing nothing to help his condition.

Masamune ran over to Alpha and removed the spine, scanning it before it crumbled to dust. "One second Alpha, the damage is mostly superficial, this'll only take a moment. As for that data, hand it over to that British avatar over there. He's better equipped to scan it right now." Masamune took out a repair kit, it was an older model, closer to a field surgery kit than a healing item. "This is probably going to sting, but bear with me all right?" Masamune removed several probes and gently eased them into the wound, checking to make sure there was no malicious coding, tracking programs, or other contaminants in the wound. 

[Prythian]

Alpha yelped, turning her head to the side and snapping out of reflex, though well away from Masamune. Watch it! Superficial or not, that stings! She limped off before Masamune could pull out any more of the spines. Moving towards, she gave off a short 'wuff' of air as a greeting. Data gathered in her open mouth as her teeth vanished, and soon she was holding a block of data. She hadn't gotten much off of him... but she had managed to analyze his proxy, as well as determine he could only shoot his spines out of his armor. The data on the proxy essentially said: No weaknesses without something designed to see through proxies. She pawed at the ground as she held it towards him. Here. Masamune said to give this to you.

While she was doing that, she glanced over at Viral, sniffing the air subtly. Hmm. You're quite interesting. Two personality matrices in one body? Highly unusual, though I've seen something that's almost similar.

[Saber]

Dagger slowly approached Saber as he was storming towards Viral, pushing him back with a snap kick before summoning forth his blade staff and aiming it at Saber's neck "...If you haven't drawn your blade by now, then your own user has taken sides against you at this very moment...Maybe you should ask yourself why that is..." Saber brought his fists up defensively, still glaring at Dagger, Viral, and Noxus, who was currently trying to calm Justicar down. But his attentions were immediately brought back to Dagger when a swift slap to the face with his staff landed on Saber's face "They are not your concern right now...I am...Now if you don't want to get deleted right now, you will listen to your friends...Or lose all of them because you refuse to side with reason...And I know the brother I knew never sided against logic and reason when it was for good intentions..."

Saber's hands began to lower slightly, his thoughts going back to the picture of that wolf-like avatar sinking its fangs into the hunter's neck and reviving his will to fight "You are all victims of the same group...We know this now...And your viral induced rage and violent tendencies isn't helping anything...Now, I'm only going to say this once...Calm down, or I'll send you back to your terminal personally...Maybe then you'll go back to the brother that I respected as an official..."

Saber's hands shook violently as he tried to calm down, his thoughts still on the past even now as he looked at Dagger "...That storm is all I think about...If that blackout hadn't happened, none of this would have happened..." "...Do you honestly expect that to be your reason to blame yourself? It was out of our control...But unlike Halberd and myself, who ran out of fear or need to escape...You chose the right path, to stay and complete what we failed to become...I side with you, brother, and I will help you bring our delinquent sibling down, but you need to stop tethering yourself to the past and thinking of what-ifs...If you can't do that, and insist on giving in to this aggression and anger that's overpowering you...Then your viral friend is right, and you're no good for combat...Or even enough to bring down Halberd at his weakest...I don't blame you for what happened, and you shouldn't either..."

Saber, struggled to calm down, Dagger's words were just as true as Viral's were. Not as abusive, but just as true. After a long battle internally, his arms lowered, and he stopped fighting, trying to keep whatever virus that was forcing him to battle from winning. "...Thank you...Both of you...I never realized how intense this viral emotion could be...I understand now why Viral and Mani4c are always so irritable...It's not something I can handle on my own, I can't even imagine how they handle it daily..." Dagger dismissed his staff and walked over to Saber, giving him a hard jab in the gut. Saber recoiled from the impact, but it wasn't enough to cripple him. "Maybe now you'll stop having these internal battles and getting caught up in the past whenever our project's failures are brought up. Forget about that, and move on." Saber grunted when Dagger jabbed him in the stomach, but noticed the friendly expression on his brother's face, smiling back in turn "I'll try and remember that, thanks."

"Good...Now have that virus of yours dealt with, you're in no condition to fight right now, and we still have a hostile avatar that needs to be calmed down." Dagger turned and started walking over to Masamune and Alpha. "If Saber's programs weren't locked, I wouldn't have stood a chance against him. As much as I hate to admit it, my current programs won't be enough for this mission, and I need an upgrade if I'm to assist in retrieving the other abducted avatars...The most I can do is try and track the hunter down..."

"That actually won't be necessary, he'll be leading us right to whomever's responsible." Baretta walked over with a smug grin on her face, twirling her gun revolver style on her finger. "Though I will admit, he did think of a good getaway strategy, but his arrogance got the better of him. We just have to wait until he stops at his boss' server, then we storm in and break them out."

[Mani4c]

Viral glanced down at Alpha when she mentioned his personality setup. His irritated expression gave way to a small smirk, it was nice for someone to speak of his...condition as something other than a liability. "Thanks, though it wasn't intentional on either of our parts, I assure you. Though I will admit that it has his advantages." The Doctor took the offered data and examined it. "Hmm, he's a stealth avatar, without the AUGMENT's his abilities seem to be rather...Limited, and this proxy, tch, what garbage. No countermeasures at all?" The Doctor looked down and smiled at Alpha, he gave her a scratch behind the ears and a pat on the head. "This is extremely valuable, excellent work my Canine friend. May I ask your name?"

Lilith walked over to Dagger and smiled, "Good to see you again, you know you should really come and visit when things aren't going to shit, the city's much nicer then." Masamune looked at Lilith, specifically the emblem on her hand. "You're a horseman?" Lilith looked at Masamune and shook her head. "No, I just...it's a long story. Name's Lilith, thanks for the help." "Masamune, no need to thank me, I just wanted this fighting to end." Lilith gestured to Justicar, who was nearly inconsolable. "I take it that you're friends with Noxus and Justicar?" Masamune nodded, "Yes, I taught Justicar when he first came to the Underground, he's a good man...I just wish he and Noxus weren't so dead set on their agenda. They could help so many."

Lilith stared at Justicar for a moment, "Baretta, come with me for a second..." Lilith began to walk towards Justicar, when he spotted her, he raised his blade in warning. "Back off! I don't want to deal with you NPD fools right now!" Lilith rolled her eyes, "I'm not NPD wolfie, I'm just a helpful citizen, and right now you need my help the most..." Justicar let out a forced laugh. "I need no help! I am stronger now than I ever have been!" "You're tearing your body apart by forcing so much energy through it for a prolonged period, and you're emotional and mental coding is degrading fast...just let me see you for a moment alright?" Lilith's voice was almost pleading, she wanted to help Justicar, even if he was a criminal. Noxus grabbed Justicar's shoulder, "Please my friend, just humor her...we need you in top shape if we're going to get Amp back."

Justicar let out a growl, but he relented, stabbing his sword into the ground and dropping to his knees so Lilith could reach his head if need be. "Fine...make it quick woman." Lilith activated her seal, her hands began to glow with a faint purple light. "My name's Lilith, now just relax..." Lilith put her hands on Justicar's head, beginning to sift through his data, starting with his memories. "Wha-what are you-" Justicar began to struggle somewhat, but Lilith held his head in place. "Just relax, this is a 'Read-Only' thing alright? I can't alter anything, just relax...let me in." Justicar took a breath and closed his eyes, surrendering his data to Lilith. In a flash, Justicar's memories shot through her mind like a video on fast forward, she could see everything that happened to him. 'You've gone through so much, you've been betrayed, you've lost family...' Lilith felt a pang of guilt for sifting through Justicar's deepest memories, but she needed to know what was going on with him, and this was the only way at the moment.

When Lilith reached Justicar's memory of hunting the souls, she noticed a large blank spot, right before Justicar retrieved Kaizer. 'Hmm, something's fishy here...' Lilith finished scanning Justicar's memories, and began to filter through his code for the souls that were buried within him. 'There you are.' Lilith cut the connection and removed her hands from Justicar's face. "Everyone! get over here, you're going to want to know this..."

[Prythian]

Almost the moment that the Doctor started scratching behind her ears, Alpha's armor vanished, turning back into her regular form. Her eyes closed, ears perked up, and mouth hung open as her tail went upwards a bit, remaining very still. When the Doctor stopped, she let out a 'whuff' and opened her eyes again as she sat on the (admittedly wet) ground, her silver fur getting soaked by the rain. Alpha. She replied, golden eyes looking directly at the Doctor. It's one of the most impressive cloaks I've ever seen. No method of detection aside from physical contact... that is, unless you have a program to pierce through cloaks, such as I have. It's designed to be very good at hiding him in every way, but they left no room to fit in countermeasures for those sorts of programs. As she spoke, she lowered her head, twisting her body to grip the remaining spines in her jaw, and pulled. With a whine and yelp, they pulled free, and she dropped them.

It's not in that data, because that's just what my data analysis could gather, but he has some sort of poison on these... a paralyzing one. That's something to watch for.

[Saber]

Dagger stayed distant from the others as Lilith called them over, looking up at the clouds as the rain continued to pour down on them.

Baretta and Saber walked over as Lilith called them over, Saber taking his time as the virus in his feet was still infecting him. "What's up?"

Lilith lifted her hand and began to project all of the Data that she'd taken from Justicar, with the exception of his memory data, she had a feeling that something was going on, and she didn't want to risk him becoming even more emotionally unstable. "I managed to pull some data from Justicar's code, he's stuck in an emotional feedback loop, and normally I'd recommend forcing him out of it ASAP...But not this time." Lilith brought up an image of Saber's wolf soul, it appeared as a large ethereal wolf that gave off a faint bluish-white glow. "This is what's fueling his power increase, it's also what's damaging him, I managed to stabilize the power output on it, but I don't know how long it'll hold." Viral cut Lilith off, getting what she meant. "You want us to use this opportunity to attack the server where they took our friends." Lilith nodded, "Exactly, but we can't just run in there guns blazing."

Masamune raised his hand to get Lilith's attention. "If I may make a suggestion, we should regroup at your server, it has more resources and it's far more secure." Noxus nodded in agreement, "I concur, the NPD's resources would making planning this little raid far more effective, I have a hunch on where that Hunter is taking the AUGMENT's but I'll need access to a frequency scanner to be sure."

[Saber]

"Ahem." Baretta butted in when Noxus and Masamune started discussing strategies about how best to track down the hunter "I think I can help speed up that process." She walked over and handed Masamune and Noxus both an orb "These are copies of the tracer program that I modded my gun with when the hunter showed himself. It's modeled slightly off of Mani4c's version that he used during the bombing incidents back in the fall. This should help triangulate the position of the server that the hunter is hiding in, once he stops moving. But we're going to have to be quick, otherwise we'll miss our only chance of him stopping where he'll drop off Domain, Mirror, and Amp."

Saber looked at Justicar, noticing just how dangerous he looked, and realized something, his own power was slowly becoming obsolete. He adjusted his footing, but the sudden shift forced him to one knee, grunting in pain "...Dammit..."

[Mani4c]

Viral noticed Saber's discomfort and grabbed the back of his neck. "Don't move." Viral began to drain the damaging code from Saber, feeling a brief surge of power as he did. "I never get tired of that. Anyway, even if we do get the location of the AUGMENTs, we'll need to be prepared. Let's head back to the server and gear up, maybe the Doc can whip up a defense against that fucker's venom spines." The Doctor looked up and nodded, "I make no promises, I also have somethings to show to Baretta. But that can wait." The Doctor opened the doors to his TARDIS and gestured inside. "Shall we?"

The assembled avatars filed into the Doctor's TARDIS, when they had all entered the vehicle, the Doctor followed suit and activated the machine. With a whirring drone, the TARDIS lifted off and shot forward, vanishing through a portal and towards the NPD server. The die had been cast, and now both sides had a common foe...the time had come for the NPD and it's allies to take the fight to the Mega-corporations.
